I dislike, that nobody answers my questions for at least two weeks. I bought a lute which should fullfil the needs of a student. That will probably do but I am disappointed about the look of the soundboard. There are inclusions of a branch, i.e. soundboard defects. Furthermore, they didn't deliver some extra material that was part of the order. In all, a less funny experience.

POSITIVE ASPECTS: MY ORDER ARRIVED ON TIME AND WELL PACKAGED. -THE SHAPE OF THE HARP IS WELL DONE AND HISTORICALLY SIMILAR TO ICONIC GOTIC HARPS NEGATIVE ASPECTS; -THE GOTIC HARP IS NOT TOO WEL BUILT:THE DISTANCE BETWEEN STRINGS IS NOT EQUAL WICH MAKES PERFORMANCE A LITTLE DISTURBING.THE SOUND IS DEAF AND NEEDS AMPLIFICATION. -I HAD TO PAY 204€ FOR CUSTOM TAXES IN SPAIN TO DELIVER THE HARP. I THINK THEY SHOULD ADVICE ABOUT THAT BECAUSE BEFORE BREXIT IT WAS NOT THAT WAY.
