I needed to exchange my 27 string lever harp for a smaller 22 string harp owing to needing something lighter and more compact. The staff were very helpful and things went smoothly. Not available locally, so had to order replacement recorder without seeing it. Arrived 2 days later, brilliant!
I treated myself to a good quality recorder. It was despatched promptly and I have been very pleased with it. Once I got it! The problem was with the Royal Mail who ignored instructions to reschedule the delivery and left it in the rain in the front garden where it stayed in view of the public until I was able to return home 24 hours later. Luckily it hadn't been stolen by a passerby. The box was sodden but gladly bubblewrap prevented any damage to the instrument. I messaged EMS about my experience but no response... Disappointing! RM have a reputation about providing such an egrecious service and I would be reluctant to use EMS again if they continue to use them as couriers.

Beautiful music stand arrived in good time. A few negatives, a little top heavy so feels unstable if moved. And some worn areas on brass coloured posts for music to rest on.
