One of those increasingly rare companies where, each time you phone, you speak to the same people who have a deep knowledge of their products and can give advice with authority. I chose 3 tenor recorders to try which arrived promptly, made my choice and sent the other 2 back.. Perfect!

I ordered and payed for a Mollenhauer Soprano recorder online - after doing so, I noticed the recorder I ordered is out of stock. When I look at my order on the EMS website, it just reads UNFULFILLED. I wrote several emails asking what should be easy questions to address but no answer to any of my correspondence. I'm becoming very concerned and a little annoyed. At this point, I just want a refund. I should have just purchased a recorder elsewhere. I wanted to have a better experience than this. I'm bummed.

I liked my recorder and it came swiftly and well packed

Inaccurate stock levels, combative staff, no reply to several emails. I placed an order for multiple items - all listed as in stock on-line - the entire order was kept back even though I was eventually informed that they had no idea when the out of stock item would be available. Asked for a refund. Will shop elsewhere in future. Rude chaos.
