The customer service from this business was shocking & rude. I was sold a bundle & the speakers weren’t even in stock & had to wait 4 months & charged an extra £5 for deliver. When calling, I could hear them laughing at me which wasn’t nice. I would not recommend.
Ordered a set of headphones with a future delivery date due to stock shortages. Received an email around two weeks after original delivery date saying item no longer available and offering to advise on alternatives. I said, “yes please” but never heard anything back. I called to order a replacement set over the phone and was assured they would be dispatched urgently. A week went past and no delivery so called again, only to be told they had not been sent. Very apologetic and now sorted but I won’t be buying from them again.
I've bought several different items from these guys and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. The customer service/communication is excellent and every item is delivered bang on cue. I can't recommend or speak highly enough. It's an easy 10 out of 10 from me
Great experience buying from thedjshop.co.uk It was easy to find the right product for me and they have a great selection of dj equipment and more. On top of that I was able to use one of their partners to finance my purchase at an advantageous rate. The item was delivered at the date expected and in perfect condition. Really impressed. Didn't pay attention and hadn't noted that my ordered speakers weren't in stock - mea culpa. When I hadn't received a tracking number, I phoned a queried it, only to be told that they had just come in. They were to be despatched to arrive on the Thursday and were delivered a day early. Definitely use again.
