Not the first time I ordered from this website. They have set very high standards and they always mange to live up to them. The item I bought was on back order and was not expected to dispatch before 8 April. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 4 days earlier. Thank you Dj Shop!

I can't really say much about communication with the company as I purchased ADJ Stinger Spott 30's online. The usual purchase and dispatched mails were recieved as was to expected. The purchase of the lights was smooth and easy without any fuss. Delivery of the items was on time, plus well packaged to protect from damage during transit. This is the second time I have used this company, the 1st time I purchased a Pioneer Opus Quad. I would recommend them without question as I have had no problems at all during any stage of purchase to recieving the items.

Easy to order & competitive price. Item arrived quickly & packaged well. Completely my fault ordering an incorrect accessory, but was swapped by the DJ shop without any quibble. Exceptional attention to detail! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Let me tell you a little about my experience. I was in the market to purchase a new stand for my dj equipment and opted for the Zomo Berlin. Quick google search and I find the best price on djfinance.co.uk (this is owned by the djshop). What’s better it shows in stock and available for next day delivery. So I place my order. I completed this in July 23. The next day arrives, I have no info on delivery so I call them. I’m told they don’t actually hold stock and the order comes direct from the manufacture. I’m told will arrive within 2 weeks and I will receive a call when dispatching to pay an extra delivery fee as it’s international shipping and heavy goods. After this call I check on zomo’s site and it’s showing in stock so all was good. 2 weeks passes and no stand arrived, I received no call about the order so I called again. I’m now told the beginning of September. I point out at this point that I’m confused on what the hold up is, as zomo show the stand as in stock and it’s them that’s supposedly shipping it to me. I’m told I would get a call back once they have spoken to the uk agent, this call back never happened so I called again. Was told they were waiting for the agent to get back to them, I asked them to try calling again. They then advised there was no stock in the uk and the earliest would be September. So September arrives. Zomos website now shows out of stock and arriving November. So I call again, again was told I’d get a call back which I did not receive. I called again where they confirmed it’s now November. November now arrives and I’m told January (I hope by now you all see the pattern here are the same thing happened each time where I’m promised call backs I never receive). In January it moved to Feb, I gave it all of Feb, called up the beginning of march as zomos website now shows August. They confirm this is the case. At this point I told them to cancel the order. I was told this would need to be done in writing. So I send them an email. I get a reply stating the cancellation had been processed and refund had been requested and that the process is dealt with fairly quickly. A week passes and I still have no refund, so I call them up. I’m told it’s 14 working days to receive a refund. I advised them that it’s actually 14 days not working days but pointed out I don’t find 2 weeks quick (as stated in my cancellation reply email) Day 14 arrives with no refund received so I call up. I’m told I will get a call back within the hour as they had to speak to accounts. As always no call back received. Day 15 arrives. I call again. I advised I was waiting for a refund. Provided my details to the person on the phone and they start counting. Their response. We’re still within 14 working days. I point out it’s not working days and the only thing this person kept repeating back was it is, it is, it is, it is. I then advise them of the sales of goods act and that they had 14 days not working days to process my refund from the date of confirmation. He then asks if he could put me on hold. When he came back he told me he was transferring me to his manager (at no point did I request this). His manager proceeds to tell me that they are within their rights to take 14 working days. I ask him if the company follows the sales of goods act and he advises yes. I then point out under that act it’s 14 days not working days. Plus that it takes 3 to 5 working days to hit my account after they process it so it’s going to go over working days. He then told me as I paid by PayPal it’s instant, I then said there’s no reason to wait 14 working days and that they have had my money since July. 20 mins after this conversation the funds hit my PayPal. This company knows these stands are not readily available and won’t be available until August. Yet having checked the website before writing this review on the 3rd of April they are advertising it to be in stock by the 14th of April. From day 2 of placing this order I had to chase this every step of the way. I received 1 promised call back from all the calls I made. I know that getting hold of the stand is out of their control and is in the hands of Zomo. But to not keep your customers informed of the order when they are spending over £900 on an item is extremely poor service. The handling of the refund was atrocious. It’s safe to say I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company or any of its sister company’s in the future. Response to reply There is no accountability in the fact I was never called back, or why I was never kept up to date. If you do call the sales manager weekly why didn’t any of your staff know the status of these stands when I would call, or call me to tell me. I refute the allegation of me being abusive to your member of staff I would say I was assertive I did swear whilst talking to your manager out of shear frustration based on the service I received, but this was not directed at him.
