Staff at The DJ Shop are fantastic. Put in a web order for some cables and decksaver and they didn’t have the specific cable I needed in the length required and called me to arrange a better alternative at no extra cost due to inconvenience. Very frustrating and disappointing. Travelled an hour to come to your shop today only to find you never opened! Looked online and found comments you’re closed on a Sunday yet your website states you’re open including google. Certainly won’t be shopping here if you can’t even get your shop opening times right on your website! **update** I have since spoken to DJ shop and found due to unforeseen circumstances the store opened late I waited until 11.45 and the store remains closed at that point. Another disappointing blow is the initial review was not correct, The Dj shop team plan to update this but my review remains the same as I never got to experience their service and feel this needs to be noted.
Item arrived very quickly, customer service was great the couple of times I called. Bit of a delay getting initial email but the guy I spoke to on the phone both times was super helpful and remembered me! Price of the monitors was also super competitive against similar retailers. Will defo be using them again!
