Card payment wouldn’t got though which is not a huge issue. Problem is the barrage of emails that I received afterwards which I didn’t sign up for.

Browsing the website came with ease and fully aware of the back order that was stated in the description. Ordered 3 CDJs and a V10-LF. Called the shop and nothing but a friendly and experienced team who called and made updates of when the gear was being shipped out. I’ve used a plethora of online shops in the past but this one tops them all! Going for a 4th CDJ later this month!

Visited Southampton for treatment for a medical condition and popped into the shop for a specialist bag to transport my radio broadcasting equipment. The level of service received from the get go was beyond exceptional. They took into consideration my slightly fragile position, offered assistance in every way. As a DJ from the Channel Islands (Jersey) they also took the time to demo other equipment that would not be available to me on our lovely little island. It was like being a kid in a sweetshop. To conclude, as long as this recommendation is, it does not begin to express the compassion and professionalism I received on my visit to the DJ Shop in Southampton. For me, it was the knowledge, advice and price where the DJ Shop has its superpower… I was new to the scene and had started looking at the DDJ Flx4, but then without advice I went for the DDJ 800, these were on back order though with pioneer and nowhere had stock. Then chatting with Byron, a staff member, that I found out DJs at large venues, I decided to take his advice and upgrade to a DDJ Flx10, wow how glad I am, as it is an amazing controller. Having used it daily, the STEM track separation and having those as actual buttons on the unit makes it effortless to remove the drums, vocals or instruments on the fly, what a game changer and I sound more professional with ease. There are lots of places that you can buy kit from, but for me it was a no-brainer, if you buy from the DJ Shop, they will gladly give advice on the kit when you need it and as a customer will do so going forwards. Therefore professional DJs that know their stuff on the end of a phone, is worth buying from them in itself… Next day delivery was a bonus, points towards future spend and credit deals, made me glad I used them and I would definitely recommend - thanks all I am glad I came across you!
The best service and good quality
The DJ Shop provided a great service when the flight case arrived damaged, with a quick and effective return procedure. The replacement case also arrived damage and now I have lost the will to continue with it. I was planning the use it for Reloop mixon 8 Pro but I fail to see how it will protect the controller. When placed in the case the controller is secure in the horizontal but can move around an inch in the vertical potentially damaging the controls. I am very disappointed in this Reloop product

Ordered a set of pioneer DM-50BT speakers, fantastic speakers however there was some confusion with the delivery. the team was brilliant in letting me know updates. I paid for 5-7 day delivery however it wasn't first described as this from the day of order but the day the stock came back in. this was fine and the team worked well to keep me updated.
Got what I wanted at a good price. There was an issue with the delivery company but this was resolved really quickly by the friendly staff.
