Still waiting for an item I ordered almost three weeks ago.
Delivery was slower than expected (and paid for) - owing in part to an error in order processing - but the customer service response was friendly, helpful and resolved the issue fast.

My delivery is very delayed...
I was given a gift card for this store and I pre ordered a flight case to Spain. I ordered this product 1 year ago and they have tried to deliver it 3 times, it has been delivered to the wrong address or sent back to the sender every single time. They tell me I needed to pay an import duty but I never received any bill or any way to pay it.
Good but unfortunately the communication was not good and I wasn’t made aware that my item wasn’t in stock/shipped.
Good service and great value for money
I phoned up with a query where the website wasn't quite functioning correctly with regards to free postage on an item costing £99 or more (mine was exactly £99) and the gentleman who answered - on a Sunday, I wasn't expecting that - adjusted it immediately. Took all of 5 minutes to help me save around £5. Excellent service. The item itself was well-packed and arrived within a few days. Very pleased.
