I made an order for some downloadable software at 10:20 on a Friday night hoping to produce some sounds over the weekend. But after 10 minutes of waiting I emailed The DJ Shop as I had not received my download. 10 minutes later I had a phone call from The DJ Shop to explain why (10:30pm). Now even though I will not have my download until Monday (Due to the software supplier) and for which I am very upset, however, to be called right away, out of hours with an explanation shows outstanding customer service. The DJ shop have gained a loyal customer this evening. Thanks.
Professional distribution I recently ordered a piece of DJ equipment from The DJ Shop. This being my first time dealing with this establishment I wasn't sure how they operated. So I did some research & read the reviews which were pretty good. I decided to place my order & sure enough the process was smooth & my product delivered without any hassle. In fact, the delivery arrived faster than i had anticipated. The packaging was a little damaged but the insulation inside the box & equipment was in perfect condition. There are a few more items of equipment that I require & will be visiting this website as my preferred solution source as & when. I have no issue recommending The DJ Shop to my fellow enthusiasts.

I placed an order for a Decksaver LE Novation Launchkey 37 MK3 Cover in the early hours of Monday morning and received the well packaged item by DPD midday Tuesday!
