They kept me informed on the status of my order and delivery
Ordered a Mixing Desk and paid for a Saturday delivery. No communication whatsoever or tracking number provided. I called on Saturday morning and told they do not have any information but they know its urgent and they will see what options there are for getting me the mixer delivered and call back. No call back and no reply to my email. The mixer has now arrived after the weekend and it is clear they did not post this out for a Saturday delivery and just charging consumers extra for shipping and pocketing the money! Very bad experience all round and definitely would not recommend to anyone! There are a lot of more reliable and honest retailers out there, I just chose these guys as they had the Saturday delivery option as I needed this urgently. Update: Just had the so-called manager call me unwilling to resolve the issue and so sarcastic like he couldn't care less! This speaks volumes and is obvious why things go wrong in businesses like this! You have now replied to the review stating "service is of utmost importance" I suggest you give your manager some training. There wasn't even an apology! Please shop elsewhere!!
What made my experience so great is that the FLX 10 cover I purchased was in stock and arrived so quickly and wonderfully packed. It just fit straight on top of my controller, what fantastic service and quick delivery.
I am happy with the customer service provided by the DJ Shop. I purchased 4 Ibiza Light sticks but 2 had manufacturing issues. The DJ Shop very quickly responding by contacting Ibiza who sent replacements by next day post and I now have a great set of lights.
