I spent over £1000 for a bed, mattresses, delivery and assembly. I was told there was a delay in delivery, then I chased only to be told of another delay, then another and another…over a year went by, no sign of anything I’ve ordered. I cancelled my order and was told the money was being refunded, but there was a delay. There’s a pattern emerging here…numerous emails and letters have been met with radio silence. No money, no bed, it’s just a scam as far as I can tell. Edit: I responded to the company’s response asking me to email them. I did so…and radio silence. It’s a scam. A money-grabbing scam. They have over £1000 of our money and are not giving it back, and we have received no product from them either.

My wife and I are both very pleased with the order we made for our sons bedroom. Delivery was on time and the set up was efficient, product quality is extremely good.

Made for a perfect present for my daughter Everything delivered on time and in mint condition easily built with decent instructions in english. All the pieces were in perfect condition as everything was well packaged. All slotted together easily & quality of the bed was a good standard, would look to purchase again from here

I ordered the 3 piece "Princess bedroom set", an additional trundle bed and a bedside table on 25 March 2024. The estimated delivery date was between 10-12 weeks. After 12 weeks the furniture had still not been delivered and I had received no update from the company. When I emailed them, I was informed that there were further delays of 10-12 weeks. I requested a refund as I could not wait this long (an aggregate of 6 months in total). I was told the refund would be processed within 10-15 working days. I chased after 16 working days and was told "Rest assured we have marked your refund as a priority to ensure it is actioned within the next 5-7 working days.". It has now been a further 8 working days (24 in total) and I have still not received my refund and my last two emails have gone unanswered, even though they are sitting on a substantial amount of my money and there is no reason why a refund should ever take this long to process, or require the customer to be constantly following-up. It feels as though they are doing everything they can to delay returning my money so that they can hold it in their bank account for as long as possible accruing interest.

I'm over the moon our my daughters new bed. We had our eye on this particular bed for a while and finally made the order when it was on sale. The quality is really very very good and it is so pretty, my daughter loves it. would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a good quality first bed that isnt overly branded and wont fall to pieces in a few months

It all arrived on-time , delivery driver was v friendly and helped take all the boxes upstairs. hubby built it all with no issues, looks fab and we're delighted with the quality too, lovely item and good experience --- thanks

Purchased from here back in Feb. Reasonably priced the quality appears to be excellent (only used for a few months) My daughter seems happy enough so im hoping it lasts us a long time no hesitation in recommending.

Ordered a bedside cabinet in October 2023. Chased after 10 weeks to be told there were delays and would be another 10-12 weeks. Chased again after those further 10 weeks and told again more delays and had option to cancel. Confirmed to do a refund on 1st April. Had to chase for the refund several times. Told it was sent on 29th April and told it would be days for processing. Chased numerous times since. Have checked with my bank who confirmed that no receipt of payment. It looks like wrong expiry date has been used to refund on original credit card. Still chasing via email as phone number on website just rings and going to answering service. Order number: WEB39034

all went without a hitch, there were some scratches on the inside of some of side panels but as they weren't visible with the mattress on top there was no point in making a fuss.Quality otherwise was quite impressive,the structure is very strong which is good as my boy does like bed bouncing... i think i will be back to buy the match sleep over bed as i didnt quite have enough at the time to buy it, and now too i know the quality can be trusted i feel happier about spending more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a wardrobe that came damaged!! They offered a refund which I have never received!! I am still chasing now when I purchased the wardrobe in November 2023! CUSTOMER SERVICES IS NON EXISTENT!

Fab bed with loads of cool design nuances & features that look amazing. Had quite a wait for delivery by totally worth it to see the look on my little girls face for at time she saw the bed fully up in her bedroom. Thx we love it

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. We never got all of the items we ordered, and the customer service side of this company is non-existent. It's cheaper because they purchase shipping containers of products which is why you might end up waiting months, and if anything goes wrong they just don't want to know. You've been warned, and i hope this might stop customers being dupped.

We have the snowy single bed which I bought for the spare room. Does the job was easy to put up and extremely good quality. All bolts and screw are decent and should last a long while. Would buy again

Both my husband and I are absoluetly thrilled with the purchase. We bought a new bed for our youngest daughter as she was graduating from a tiny cotbed to a fully grown up single.I was nervious at first as the bed looked so large in compaison however she took to it so easily and we've never looked back, quality is just superb and its design looks so pretty in her room whch we recently had decorated to make it more special for her. Price was good and the delivery took place smoothly

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I purchased two beds on 20th November 2023, they claimed they had factory delays, I received one bed 5 months later and requested a refund of £257.14 for the second bed as they said it would take a further 4 weeks to deliver, it is now 8th May 2024 and after several emails, with no reply,I still haven't received my refund. Looking on the website, the beds are still being sold, advertising on sale.  Like
