Overall pretty pleased. Delivery took ages which was advertised and it did at least take the full amount of time but as I had several items they company contacted me and split my order so I did get some parts quicker. Now everything has arrived and we’ve been using the product are all pretty good. Standard of the quality is high but I expected that and we’re getting good use form my daughters bedroom now as it is much better organised

Completely well made with a very strong construction. Lots of screws and dowels to help keep the bed secure and well fixed together.assembly instructions were very clear and easy to read. A good decision to purchase!

We really love the bed Looks gorgeous and really stands out. Love the trundle part which is brilliant for friends staying over , really easy to use and get it set up.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a bed for my daughter with a lead time of 10-12 weeks. As it approached the end of the window I emailed customer services with an update, which they were unable to provide and that the couriers would update nearer the time. The 12 week window came and went and I finally received a reply saying that there has been further delays and the bed would be another 10-12 weeks. This was a £500 bed that I would’ve been waiting over half a year for. They offered a measly £30 evoucher good will gesture to keep the order. Obviously which I declined. This is obviously just a company that drop ships and has no clue where there products actually are at anytime. I would highly recommend that you steer clear of using this company- the customer service is just appalling. I’m still awaiting a refund!

I was so pleased to have found the 'perfect' bed that I ignored the bad reviews...I'm regretting that now! For context, I ordered a bed for my son in April as we needed to repurpose his cot bed ahead of our twins arriving. I was told the wait time would be 10-12 weeks which was slow but manageable. I followed up at 10 weeks to check the delivery was on track and was assured it was, only to follow up again at the 13 week mark to be told that there was a problem and if we wanted the bed we'd have to wait another 10-12 weeks, which was simply too long for us. The refund process is equally ridiculous, I was told it would take 10-15 working days, despite the fact they'd already held onto my money for the past 3 months. I'm currently at the 15 working day mark and still no refund...

What a joke …. Use my experience for future training?????? Training to not steal innocent peoples money???? How about just refunding me MY MONEY……!!!!what a bogus crock of nonsense response . It’s a JOKE!!!!!!!!! Just refund my money !!!!!!!! Please please people DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM!!!!!!!! I’ve emailed countless time and just told consistent lies about a non existent “ accounts department” Please please don’t let them steal anymore money!!!!! I’m Getting legal help as they are a fraudulent company and I won’t be letting this go. Everyone needs to know this. Even reviews from their past employees are saying the same thing. They are scammers!!!!!!!! Zero morals and ethics. Thy response I just got is absolutely nonsense!!!!! Just refund my money you thieves!!!!!! This company will be exposed trust me . I’m not letting this drop!!!!!!!

We waited a full 12 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. We followed up twice and we’re rudely told to wait further. Then at the 13 week mark, they said it would take a further 12 weeks!! They must have known before this and only advised of the delay because we emailed again. Do not use if you need quick delivery.

Ordered a bed in October 2022, was told there was a delay first of 12 weeks, then a further 12 weeks. As we desperately needed a bed we cancelled the order at this point (June). We were told the refund was with their finance team and to wait 'a few days'. Terms and conditions state up to 30 days, so we have waited. Chased AGAIN after the t and c period and been told a few days again. Further enquiries have not been answered. Appalling service, do not buy from these people unless you expect to never see either the product or your money again!

We ordered a wardrobe and chest of drawers from them. The items never arrived, no expected delivery date etc. After continually asking when we could expect our items (now already 4 weeks late) we asked to cancel our order and for a refund. Its been nearly 3-4 weeks and we still haven't received our refund of over £800. Incredibly disappointing Follow up after requesting a refund…. They have now messaged me to say that the refund will take 10-15 working days?!? We a joke, up to 3 weeks to make a simple bank transfer?? I can’t help but feel this company is entirely a scam of some sorts and all the 5 star reviews are paid reviews. Disgraceful

I have been waiting since March for my order being led to believe there was a 10-12 week delivery timescale. Since chasing twice, I have been informed there continues to be issues with their manufacturers so the expected delivery won't be for a further 10-12 weeks. I am now chasing a refund but not had any acknowledgement of my request so I will keep chasing!!!

I ordered a bed in March for my daughter. 10-12 week lead time which I thought was alright. We were moving house so would have worked out for us. 14 weeks pass, no info from the company. Email them to be told it will be another 12 weeks! Given option of £30 voucher to use in their website-no thanks! Or refund. Asked for a refund. It’s never arrived! After numerous emails back and forth I got told that it was issued on 30th June. Guess what- it’s now August and it’s still not arrived! Get fobbed off that it must be the bank and that the ‘accounts department’ will be in touch but they never do. I’ve had to pay out more money on a bed so my poor daughter isn’t sleeping on a mattress on the floor any longer. And I’m having another baby in a few weeks so it has put us under additional financial strain. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a company!!! AVOID!!!

I ordered furniture on 29th November 2022 for my daughter’s bedroom (bed, mattress, side table and wardrobe) and after I made contact with them they kept delaying delivery for part of the furniture every 8-10 weeks. Then they first informed in January that mattress was out of stock and after in April that the assembly service I paid for was not available. On 17th April they replied to my email saying that they were expecting the furniture to reach their warehouse in 3-4 weeks….in other words 6 months from order to delivery (if the furniture will ever arrive)!!! I felt this was extremely unprofessional and disappointing and decided to cancel my order. Despite receiving the refund confirmation email on 19th April and after chasing funds again and again, today 29th July we are still waiting for a refund of 977.60£. I have now instructed solicitors as I feel I have no other options.

Did not see the lead time of the product until after purchase, then emailed to cancel the order and they claimed they had sent a refund but this never arrived and I had to report it to my bank to dispute.

Just need to echo what pther people have said. I have waited the 10weeks for my delivery in time for my newborn baby. My older son has clothes in bags and was really excited to have his room finished. I asked for an update and was given a generic email response saying that they have stock problems and it will be another 10-12weeks!!!!! Can you believe this!! How can a company run itself like this. If this was the case why on earth was I not notified that i will be without furniture for another 3 months! It will be a total of 6 months from order to delivery (and that is if that bloody arrives). I do a lot of online shopping and I have never experienced such appaling customer service. There is no phone number to contact either. To make matters worse - i can order the same products i ordered with a lead time of 6 weeks on their website! How is this website allowed to exist…! Buyers please be aware. I will have to resort to contacting my card issuer, and I am very tempted to instruct solicitors as this is a repeated horrible situation for many customers with almost no feedback. Will do a bit more research on this company to see if we can establish a group to legally fight against them as my wife is a solicitor. This has made me extremely upset.

Terrible company. AVOID, after taking our money back in January they only contacted us 8 weeks into the delivery the bed no longer available - without then asking they paused production on the other items - only when we pushed and pushed could they then miraculously make the original bed but would be another 10 weeks…. We are now 7 months in, a generic email received to say it will be A FURTHER 12 weeks and now no one answering or messaging.

Like 15% of reviewers apparently, I'm still waiting for a £600 refund after cancelling my order which went from a 2-4 week lead time for delivery to a further 12-14 week delay. After being told the refund had been 'processed' on 30 June, and having requested proof of payment that it had been sent (and where it had been sent to) I was told by customer services to raise a dispute with my payment provider as they "do not handle anything to do with the finances". Come on, Children's Furniture Company, you can do better than this. Either manage your cashflow more effectively or hold your relationship with your external accounts team to an acceptable standard.
