Excellent a good company to deal with
Pretty good experience we did have to wait quite a while as the particular product I wanted was on a long delivery time. I was given several updates so felt in the loop and when the furniture did arrive the delivery was right when they said it would be and the delivery men were helpful and friendly. Assembling it was so easy that my husband who has given himself the whole morning did it within any hour. If I did have one criticism it would be that there was so much cardboard packaging and foam which can’t be too great for the environment that said it did a good job of protecting all the pieces with everything in superb condition,I would defo buy again ,i love the design style . Thanks
Very happy, my daughter loves her new bed.fabulous quality which transforms her room. All of it arrived well packed and the delivery men were helpful bringing it straight into the room .
Please avoid this company! My story reflects that of many other 1 star reviews on here. I ordered a desk for my daughter in November 2023. I was informed there would be a 6 - 8 week wait which I agreed to. By April 2024 the desk had still not arrived so I chased it up and was told there would be a further delay of 6 - 8 weeks. I agreed to wait again but by July 2024 the desk had still not arrived. I asked to cancel the order and was told I would receive a refund within 30 days (no idea why it would take so long!). I chased this up in August 2024 and was told it hadn't been processed yet and to wait another week. A further month has passed and I have still not received the refund, despite numerous chasing emails and the company is now ignoring all communications from me. I am now taking this up with the Consumer Ombudsman. Order ref #WEB39081
Our arrived arrived right on time and the furniture is just as good as it looks online plus it’s far chunkier and better quality than u see in the pics online.building was easy and we had it all built and ready to use in no time.
I placed an order for a bed with trundle bed in Feb 23. Bed arrived (damaged) but the trundle was on back order. 18 months later I still haven’t received the trundle bed. Constantly fobbed off with “10 to 12 week delay”. I’m now cutting losses and requesting a refund but I’ve been emailing for 2 weeks and heard nothing. Shocking company, please avoid at all costs.
Placed an order 14 weeks ago, 8 weeks was the expected delivery time. Finally received an email response from them, although that took a week, saying there was a problem and I’d have to wait another 8-12 weeks if I wanted to place another order. Anyway, not sure if I have a new order or should be expecting some money back, no one ever gets back to you and it’s impossible to speak with anyone on the phone! Really starting to think I’m being scammed. All this time, I have a very disappointed child eagerly awaiting her first bed.

The furniture is beautiful 😍 It’s exactly what I wanted it looks stunning and feels solid Delivery was easily arranged via phone and turned up exactly when they said they would. Didn’t take long to build and makes such a difference to my daughter’s bedroom. Gorgeous

Happy with the quality and general construction/ build of the furniture. Quite expensive but looks like it should be hard wearing, arrived as advertised with size and looks as per the detail on the website
A Great bed 👍
My wife ordered a bed from this company in October 2023 which did not get delivered. After several weeks of chasing she requested a refund which was never paid, despite the company continuing to claim it had done so. Her bank has subsequently confirmed that no payment had been attempted, so it seems that the company are not being truthful. They are now being unresponsive to further attempts to contact them. We are now considering taking further action. Has anyone else experienced similar? UPDATE: Despite the company replying to this post to say they will contact me, they have made no attempt to do so. Instead they continue to ignore my emails and their customer service phone line is not answered.
Happy goods received in good condition and good working order
It’s a top little bed ideal for a first bed moving up from a cot. Quality excellent also easy to build so should last us a long time. My boy seems happy sleeping in it so good purchase, price ok too
Had my order cancelled by them on 17th June and despite several emails and attempts to call (they don't answer the phone) we are yet to see the refund of £917.98. Was told that they had processed the refund on 12th July but here we are on 29th July and still no refund!! Like an earlier reviewer said - all we get now is Radio Silence. This company to be avoided at all costs. Seriously considering cutting our losses and spending some money on a solicitor to see if this produces any better results.
