A very nice bed with my son thinks is the best thing since sliced bread as he can play under it!! Slow delivery but got my delivery charge refunded back which was a good gesture. Otherwise quite happy with the product and service

Absolutely brilliant desk.So strong and definitely worth Every penny spent. Great for both gaming and homework good and solid build with plenty of room for everything. The top hutch section is really useful for books and we have a monitor sit up there For the Xbox. Overall A very clever storage desk/solution which suits us perfectly and happy to recommend. Thanks

This company is a scam. They are fraudsters and should be locked up in jail. They do not deliver the promised products and do not provide refunds. They just say over and over again, "We have escalated this with our accounts team who will look to resolve the matter for you within the next few working days." Guess what ... nothing! No response and nothing has been resolved. I've been waiting for a refund for about 3 months. By the way all the positive reviews are scams. Look at google reviews, they have an average rating of 2.1 out of 5. On glassdoor.co.uk a former employee has suggested the reviews are suspect, "- Reviews are suss - some of the names on the 5* reviews couldn’t be found on the customer database".

I like the product a lot. Very modern design and quite clever how it all connects together so few screws show.

Good product Looks great V sturdy

I bought one of their snowy beds off their website awhile back. Overall I’m pretty pleased with the bed it’s a good solid piece of furniture which has been finished off well. I did have a little issue when I first made the purchase but the spare part was sent out pretty quick and it got resolved just as I would’ve expected it to be. I also have some of their under bed drawers which are quite useful although I do have to remind my son still to use them as the floor still seems to be use more than the draw themselves! It’s been used for awhile now and still going strong so is providing me with a decent value for money spent.

Such a lovely item. I love the style along with the attention to detail in the design. It’s solidly built no wobbling with solid wooden parts which are so much better than my sons old bed. Thsnks

To this day i have will not been refunded. the day here on my review post that they see someone dealing with my case. that was the end of it. nothing. no contact. no refund. their earliest email replies to say that the have actioned/processed the refund that’s been what …2-3 months now? they ask me to reach out to my bank as it’s their responsibility to release the funds to me? I contacted my bank and they say they don’t set any restrictions or blocks on transfers. so where does that leave me….more than £600 short. TCFC WEB36270 my request #117904. never deal with this company. it’s daylight robbery. look at the number of negative reviews. how they have 4.4 stars on trustpilot is beyond me. They don’t even dare to confirm with me the bank number they returned the funds to. Or any details. I’m going to continue to write bad reviews until i by my money back. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

High quality bed bought for my 7 year by my partner. Good quality and price was reasonable too.

A beautiful little bed which is an ideal size for our 2 year old who is coming out of her cot. The transition couldn’t have been smoother and made all the more easier by her absolute love of her new “big girl” bed. I thinks it’s been a great purchase. It looks so sweet and whilst it was strange not seeing the cot in her room I think it’s a great next step transitioning from a cot to a bed. It was super easy to build and it’s so sturdy and well built in just delighted with it. Couldn’t be happier thank u so so much.

Do not deal with this Company ever. They don't deliver products (in our case a bed trundle and mattress) and also don't provide a refund. We ordered the trundle in June 2022 then requested a refund in November 2022 but still nothing. The customer service is appalling. There is no phone line and the live chat service never connects (I'd waited a whole day to chat to someone). I will be going through the small claims courts. UPDATE - 9 February 2023. I finally received my refund. Strange coincidence it arrived a day after I sent a "Letter Before Action" to the CEO (you can find his email address through Companies house) and threatened to go to the small claims court. Hope our experience helps others!

My wife spent ages doing all the tease h and she finally settled on a set from here. I put it up and it took me about half a day. Everything arrived in decent condition with no marks or scratches. Instructions were easy to follow. It’s all very solid , fitted together well and paint finish is good with no whitewash. Should last our little lad a. Good few years so we’re pretty pleased and the prices was ok too. I would have gone for the assembly option in hind sight to save me building it.

Took ages to get delivered, however it is a very attractive chest which is really superb quality and was quite simple to assemble . So after an ify start we’re pleased with the end result.

Ordered in April 2022. Ten months. My 6 year old daughter's mattress, trundle and bedroom furniture still not received. Broken delivery promise, after broken promise. Will now take to Small Claims Court (nil cost as I m lawyer). Win or lose, such a public forum will naturally shine a light on this company. Shame. WEB37098 UPDATE (7.1.23): for transparency purposes, the update is: - some furniture is still weeks away (still no clarity on delivery). Most freight from China takes 4 to 6 weeks, and predicting arrival time should relatively straight forward. - some furniture can no longer be supplied - a paid for fitting service has now been discontinued. Contractually we can cancel undelivered items subject to a deduction for insurance, transport and other costs. No transparency of what these are nor the reasonableness of the same (as to amount and liability). For example, if cancelled, it is not clear whether the full retail price will be paid by the next customer, and therefore the above referred cancellation costs will be paid to the company twice; in other words, super profit. If the company has any commercial, legal and customer facing sense then they would accept return of the bed and cancellation, without penalty, of the remaining 10 month old order. As mentioned this is destined for court, whether for the full amount, part amount or just any deduction/cancellation costs.

This was a birthday present for my eldest grandson. Both he and his parents seem happy with it. I’ve seen it a couple of times and it looks extremely well built and tough so it should hopefully last him a while!!

A lovely wardrobe which I bought on sale. Delivery was around 5 weeks and it was taken to the room I wanted with no fuss from the drivers. As I live alone this was so helpful so I was grateful. I went for th jango range which is a nice and simple design and the quality is good . The drawer at the bottom is useful and there’s plenty of space in the wardrobe itself for all my daughters clothes. The slow close doors is a extra bonus too. It’s lovely thank you

I think the thing I’ve been so impressed with is the quality of the product. The materials are a really high standard which all connect together perfectly, it’s rock solid once built and it’s got a great quality bright paint finish which is outstanding. The build was really easy and instructions were clear. Best of all my little one is just over the moon with the bedroom which we also decorated. Really pleased. Will be back again
