Here’s my thoughts - Product - it is excellent and I would agree with everything else others have reported on this front Price - I thought it was a little expensive however upon receipt of the goods you can understand as it’s clearly a premium items Delivery and service - this could have been better we had to chase several times and their delivery company were slow to arrange the delivery despite collecting goods Assembly - very easy and straight forward instructions were clear Summary - service could have been better but product is superb!
If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered a 3 piece bedroom set in august. 6-8 week expected wait. At 8 weeks I emailed to say did they have a dispatch date yet. I was then told my order had been detained at a port and they now had no timeframe of when it would come. I therefore cancelled the order. They said the money would be in my account in 30 days. 30 days came… nobody replied to my emails anymore and nobody answers the phone. This went on for 3 months. Endless emails and daily attempts at phoning them to try get back my money. 3 months passed and Klarna whos checkout portal I used finally processed a charge back after a dispute was raised and I got my money back 5 months later!! Do not order from this company they are absolute crooks!
A lovely desk, the size is ideal and I like the drawers which are handy for stationery and a few books. I like you can choose you r handles so it can match the rest of the room. It’s firmly built with no wobbles so it’s great for writing on and it a good size so that u can have a laptop and still some space for doing work. A matching chair would be nice as I had to shop else to get a stool.
Order placed 10th November Chased 5 times as no delivery yet Cancelled 28th December after 10 weeks of waiting for delivery Advised refund was only actioned 11th January and have to wait until 25th January to chase again 3 months of them having £340 and me chasing constantly DONT DO IT! Update 31-01-23 - Still having to chase for my refund! Now 3 months. Worst customer service
We are extremely pleased with our new bed and bed set. The quality of the item is outstanding for the price we paid. It arrived just as advertised on the web. The appearance and size is as detailed, in fact it looks even better in real life. Condition was superb and building it was a breeze and completed quickly by myself, the slats was the only bit that took any time and that was only because my electric screwdriver wasn’t working. Everything else was done with the Allen key provided in the fixing kit, instructions were clear and easy to follow too. Overall a good experience for an excellent product would definitely recommend. Good bed & I’m happy
A brilliant product I was impressed by the impeccable condition the goods arrived in. Every part was well packaged up, wrapped in a soft foam covering and then with tough foam protection on each corner which I thought was an excellent idea. Each part was numbered to allow for for identification when building it which was useful and the instructions were well written with clear images showing how to build it. All very good and the product as an end result is superb. Great value and quality, very pleased with the purchase and will be buying again soon. Thank you
It's a gem of a bed. The order i placed for my little boy has been fantastic. on-time delivery, delivered by a friendly and helpful gentleman. Building the bed was so easy i couldnt believe it!! There was so little to do and the hook on method is such a ingenious idea to stop and fixings showing when up. The quality is outstanding, it is white but a brilliant white which lights up the room and gives it a whole fresh feel. My sons likes it too, not yet had any issues getting him into bed now which is a relief as he was quite attached to his old paw patrol bed, but with this one he feels all grown up! thank you and happy to give 5 stars and recommend to anyone else thinking about buying a bed from the company.
Full marks on what is a lovely product. There’s no ugly screws showing and I love the sweet styling which goes beautifully in my girls bedroom . Great first bed x

We spend ages researching before we purchased and the childrens furniture co seem to have the best selection and we liked their designs. We also knew someone who bought a bed from them a few years ago and they recommended. We’ve been equally as happy with our purchase. The bed is fairytale in design whilst at the same time being very robust / well built. Price was slightly higher than some places but you have to pay nowerdays for a good wooden piece of furniture
Over the moon the the furniture we bought for my daughters bedroom. The storage units are all really high in quality. The drawers are easy for her to open and I like we had the option to attached to the wall so it’s extra secure. I didn’t enjoy building it but I guess that just what u have to do and I can’t complain too much as I got my dad to help. It did take ages to arrive and I had to follow up eventually it arrived and it’s been worth waiting for as it’s just gorgeous 💕
We have one of their beds. It is good, feels like it’s well made. Has now been is use by our son for a while now and all is good with the item and just as I would expect. looks good and it should last us a long time. Paint finish is good and it’s already survived a few knocks.
Lovely bed It’s easy to build and nice and solid not flimsy and cheap. Price was ok and service was fine.
I didn’t release that getting a new bed was so exciting for a 5 year old!! He’s been ecstatic about it since we put it up over the holidays. It’s made bedtime a lot easier and he now loves play on (and under) it all day long! So it’s great and I’m pleased we chose a bed which gave us loads of space. Really happy and would hesitate to recommend. Ps love the side storage too

Purchased the jango bed and it’s very good. Mattress is decent quality too with the right level of firmness I added a drawer which has proven the be the best bit as we can chuck all the mess on the floor into it when we do a quick tidy and then roll it away and out of sight! Overall a good purchase
