I bought a bed for my granddaughter as her Christmas present and it is lovely. She was so pleased with it and grandad recently put it up for her and it looks a treat in her newly decorated room and she feels so grown up now. Very happy thank you

I’ve been trying since June last year to get my money back after items got ‘stuck’ (then unstuck, then apparently restuck etc) in customs. Useless customer services, can’t speak to a person, give me my money back!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

No complaints all okay

It is sturdy and the instructions are clear and easy to use. I did struggle to get a couple of sections to screw together properly at first in a couple of places which caused some very small cracking in the wood and paint around the fixing area but it is not in a visible area and it hasn’t affected the structure of the bed so it’s still in good working order. Plus I’m not great and very patient when it comes to diy so may have been me as much as the bed. Other than my little assembly wobble I’m happy with it and for the price we paid I’m pleased . My son loves it and is happy to play in his bedroom on his new bed.

This company is a SCAM company - DO NOT USE!!!! AVOID!!! I ordered a bed on the 29th August 2022 and was told it would be an 8-10 week wait. I waited for 10 weeks and nothing. No communication, no emails, NOTHING. After 12 weeks I messaged and emailed and eventually was told it would be another 10 weeks. Waited. Still no bed and no communication. Asked for a refund on 12th January having totally run out of patience. No contact from the company since then and NO REFUND. I’m now having to contact my bank to see if I can salvage any money back for my son’s non-existent bed. AVOID this company. They are SCAMMERS.

Good item which is well built

I have several pieces which I purchased last year. Everything is still going strong and still looks good the chests are spacious and have ample space for all my daughters clothes and bedding plus the top acts as a nice dresser for all her dressing up bits like mirrors and perfume. The bed is the best part as is it simple gorgeous and is the centre piece of the room. It looks as good now as it did the day we put it up. Looks beautiful and is so solidly built too. So we’ve been very happy with our items.

An excellent sleepover pullout bed which is just what we weve been looking for . It’s fits under the bed which we already had and have been using for a while. We used an old spare mattress and it fits underneath when rolled away just about with a bit of pushing. The trundle is on wheels so it’s really easy to pull out again although theres not enough spare space under the end to keep a duvet in it and that needs to be put away each time. It’s been really handy and we’ll get one for our other daughter in a few years once she starts to have friends to sleepover too. Thank you

I had a responce that states the below. It is incredibly wrong as they are not dealing with the matter as its in my partners name so they have no idea what they are doing. Please avoid. They are useless and have stolen money. I bought our bed through Next. It’s an awesome bed and my son loves it. Rock solid and looks great!

My wife bought several items from here it was delivered in several phases which didn’t bother us as we just wanted the goods as they were ready for delivery. Everything arrived in great condition, well packed and well wrapped up inside the cardboard boxes. Building it was very easy a little time-consuming but no real issues. Happy with the product and the quality is just as we would expect it to be given the amount we paid.

I really like the bed we have. It’s a junior bed which is a nice step out of her cot before we put her into a full single which I think is too big for her right now

Lovely gift from the grandparents

Great product but harder to build than I expected it to be based on some of the other reviews here. It took me more than one hour and a half! However, it looks great and stands out a mile against the other furniture in the bedroom. Looks exactly as pictured on their website and the quality is really high so it should be long lasting. Pleased overall and would think about shopping here again in the future so any sorts of kids furniture

This is my second purchase from this website having bought a chest of drawers 3 to 4 years ago. That chest is still going strong so I was more than comfortable purchasing again. The product this time around is just as good as it goes very nicely together with our existing chest which does seem to have aged at all. As before it arrived well packed. Assembly was not too challenging and fitted together securely. The quality seems to be matched and I’m hoping this bed lasts just as long and we’ll as our chest. So we’re happy again thanks

It’s a nice bed. Ordered by my wife and I thought was a bit expensive but you get what u pay for as it will last us until our 8 year old reaches her late teens and wants something different.

Ordered in October, chair has not been delivered. Customer service stated supplier does not have goods in stock and did not know when, if this will happen. Cancelled order and requested refund. NOT RECEIVED. Customer service now state to contact my card provider for refund, which Children’s Furniture Co have up to 56 days to respond to. As with other reviewers I am doubting refund will ever materialise. 14 March 2023 - despite reply from this company two weeks ago, no-one has contacted me and refund has not been received.

Good quality bed which came with a pull-out sleep over trundle. Well made with good components. Building instructions were very clear and well written which made it generally easy to understand. Gives a bit more storage space if you didn’t want to put a mattress in it. Very happy with the purchase it’s a lovely little bed. Would consider buying again from the company.
