The product is good, delivery did take a while and I had to chase a couple of times. It looks good and my initial impression is that it’s well built .

We are very happy with the bed. The build quality is terrific and it is well and truely centre stage in our little girls room. We’ve since bought some drapes to go over the four posts and it’s been decorated with flags and bunting. I concur with all the other comments on here that the standard of the quality is great and that it’s easy to assemble too. My only grumble would be that the boxes arrived a little dirty but other than that it is a fantastic product and I now have one very happy 7 year old girl!!

The quality was great for our bed But it does take long time to build it. The instructions were in box 5 and it’s an idea to open and unpack everything first rather than one by one as I did as this tools ages long. Once I found them it helped , you need a lot of space too so you can lay everything out. All the fixings were with the instructions which is worth knowing Kids live it though it’s a good design

Looked like a good company and so purchased a bed in the middle of November with a 10-12 week wait. I was then contacted to be told I could receive part of my order within 10 days which I accepted, however it was cancelled the day before it was due to be delivered. I then had to contact to chase delivery and was told it would arrive soon. It didn’t. Long story short, I was told two months after ordering it that they didn’t know when the bed would be received by to which I then decided to cancel the order and have my money refunded. Still waiting for the refund two working weeks later and lots more chasing has had to be done. Ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER A PURCHASE. Like many others I have had an awful experience with this company. Early November last year I ordered a bed and I contacted them just before the delivery date to check everything was on track. They claimed to be having supplier issues so I requested a refund. Fast forward 8 weeks and multiple (almost daily requests) for a refund I was still getting nowhere until I read the reviews on here and someone said they had got their refund after they sent a letter before court claim email. I had no idea what this was so I googled it and there’s lots of examples. I used one of these, popped in all my details and guess what…less than 48 hours later I have a refund! You can find the CEO email details online so I sent a copy to them too. Hope this helps others who are considering buying from this company or are struggling getting a refund.

I bought some under bed drawers. They fit well underneath and easy to pull in and out on the casters.

Good quality item. Lots to choose from on the website, ordering online was simple. Delivery arrived roughly when expected possibly a little later. The delivery guys were professional and it’s was safely delivered in one piece . The goods were ok to build everything went together with some easy to follow instructions and there weren’t any missing parts. Looks very elegant set up the slats are really thick which is good given bed jumping, etc..it’s firm and solid with no wobbling . I like that all the screws are hidden away from sight as well.

A fantastic purchase. My wife and I are delighted with the purchase. From start to finish the experience has been amazing and our daughter is just besides herself with her new bed which she shows off to all her friends. It’s a fantastic product, much better than i had ever expected for the price we paid. The quality is top drawer and it has completely changed the layout of the bedroom for the better. Scam company. Took an order for a very expensive bed, then claimed delivery had been indefinitely delayed due to issues with the manufacturer. However, I contacted the manufacturer - TCFC is not actually an authorised supplier of their product, and they are taking legal action to make them stop pretending to be. The order was never going to be fulfilled. Now am battling to get my refund - which, surprise surprise, also seems to be suffering from indefinite delays. Next stop my bank, consumer rights organisations and the consumer complaints press… NB - I can see that TCFC has replied to this review saying that “I am welcome to contact customer services”. This despite the fact that I have been emailing their customer services for many weeks now, trying to get back the £2144 I have paid them for a bed which they have admitted that they are unable to deliver. All I want is my money back and they are consistently giving excuses and delays. TCFC, if you’re going to reply again, suggest you do so telling me when I am going to get the refund you owe me?

I bought a very cute little chest from company. The price was really good and I thought that it would match the room that my daughter has. It arrived pretty quickly and in the box in perfect condition. It was easy to build even for me! Took me only about 45 minutes. It is great quality and has come in handy with lots of extra storage. Happy to recommend and will probably come back in the future sometime for some more furniture. Thank you

Ordered desk for £600 in November 2021. The item has never been delivered. No refund. Tried to deal with customer service, didn't work. Ended up in small claims court. Got court order and even with that, still no payout.1.5 years later, no desk and no money. Just don't understand how come this company are still trading. They are thieves.

I like the bedside chest I bought for my sons bedroom. It’s a handy little storage unit which is perfect for his reading books for bedtime

Nice item I liked the website a lot and the product doesn’t disappoint. Quality is first class. Assembly took my husband about an hour, it all fitted together perfectly first time going and most of all my little girl is happy and going to bed is now fun. Super

Good product and we’re pleased with the purchases. Delivery chaps brought 3 heavy boxes up 3 flights of stairs without blinking an eye so shout out to them too.

My mother bought the Princess bed for our daughter and it is just gorgeous. My daughter fell in love with it the moment she saw it on the website and I have to say it looks even better in real life. The headboard is deceptively large at first but once the mattress and the bedding is on it’s ok and soon looks at place in the room. The decorative feature are beautiful and set it apart from other options we were looking at and it makes my little girl feel so grown up now she has a fully sized single bed. We love it and are so pleased ❤️

Responding to The Children’s Furniture Company’s reply to my review as I am fed up with this reply to contact customer services. I would like to reiterate I have contacted customer services numerous times! Still nothing is done and we are at 27 days no refund or explanation. No ability to deliver the goods from August 2022. It’s totally unacceptable.
