Have asked for a refund after being told my bed wouldn’t arrive on time and it being now 5 months when they said 15 working days which in my opinion is awful as this is their fault and I had to get a different bed from somewhere else. I have had to now go through PayPal resolution as I have emailed them many times about this and it has been OVER 15 working days (23 actual days) since saying I can’t wait any longer whilst my 6 year old sleeps on the floor. Terrible customer service and they are not dealing with it which they had said in the last review I posted.

The bed is good, service was a bit questionable as we needed to chase several times plus there seemed to be several delays which was frustrating at the time. Eventually it turned and it is a very good item exactly what we needed for our sons room so we got there in the end.

I like the bed it’s stylish appearance stands out and I think we made a good decision. Mattress is v comfortable too and I’m please with everything to do with the order.

It’s nice stuff. Had to wait quite a bit for delivery to happen which would be my only criticism . Product itself is excellent and should last us a good while .

Great quality item. Took ages to buil even though the instructions were clear and written in good English. No parts had any chips or dents upon arriving and the finished bes is sturdy and looks good. All trouble free and looks good.

So much better than I expected the bed has transformed my daughters room from an untidy mess to far more organised room. The frame is bigger than it looks in the images online which at first I was a bit u sure about but once we put the mattress on and the bedding but looks ok and it soon looks at home in the room. Each piece is heavy and well built you can tell it’s a quality product just by touch. The style is right up my street and we shouldn’t need to change if we paint the room and once my daughter finished with it it will make a good spare bed. TCFC cancelled my order on Nov 1st 2022 since then I am waiting for a full refund TCFC agreed to and that I am entitled to within 14 days of the cancellation. TCFC has not responded to my requests for a full refund and failed to issue the refund of £800! Considering the cost of living and the time since the orders been cancelled, it is a complete disgrace from TCFC! Giving even one star is too many!

Excellent quality loft style bed.it was a 2 person job to build it and I’d suggest that you allow a lot of space to spread it all out.we have a small box room to work with and had to spread it all out right across the landing. Very sturdy and I like that it is also a single bed too for when the time is right.I had to give them a chase on delivery but once I did it arrived shortly afterwards.very pleased wit it

I bought a snow bed as I wanted something which was quite simple looking and would go with any changes I made to my sons room over the forthcoming years. I also got an optional trundle which I’ve only used once this far but it is a great idea and makes guests staying over an easier experience and avoids anyone sleeping in the floor or sofa. It looks good and has been a good purchase so far .

Not sure what I’d do without this now. We have so many sleepovers it’s a godsend. I just roll it out throw a fresh sheet on it and alls ready for sleepover time. The next day is equally as easy as I just roll it back under and jobs done.

I like the product. The packaging was good so there’s no damage. Instructions to build were easy to follow. It took about 45 mins but half of that was removing from the boxes and sorting out the mess at the send. Fitted together well and it looks good all assembled. Price was ok and it is exactly what is expected.

Arrived fully packed and in perfect condition. The order process on the website was easy and the site is quite sleek. I was worried that the imagery wouldn’t be quite the same as the real thing but it actually think it doesn’t get across the chunky frame and quality and it certainly doesn’t give you a sense of the lively silky paint finish. We’re really happy with it and I. Think it is worth paying a little extra for something that’s not going to fall to pieces in a few months we’ve been using for a while and it’s going strong

Lovely bed. Pleased and from start to finish it’s been an easy process. We looked at lots of options and settled on a bed from here as we liked the design and price was reasonable plus it looked like it would last a while. We weeent wrongs bout the quality. It’s really good and was easy to build too. Happy with the price s and it’s very comfortable to sleep on too.

I have the Nevis bed. I liked the style style and it suits the decor in my daughters room. I’m very happy with it. I like the style it feels very solid too. It’s a lovely item and happy with the overall service during the order process
