I have a bed from the jango range. Delivers within 3 weeks from point of ordering online. It’s a simple bed which looks good and has some handy storage drawers which slide underneath. Everything just as I would have expected good value for money and a nice item.

We’re over the moon with our daughters new bed. It was a little more pricey than we originally wanted to pay but when we saw it I knew she’d love it and she did ! So we ordered it in an 8 week leadtime, and it arrived roughly around that time frame, everything arrived in one piece and in immaculate condition, putting it up was a quick n easy job which we sis the same day so that she could sleep in that night. So pleased with the end result it’s both beautiful and super sturdy which ticks all the boxes we wanted. I don’t usually write reviews but when I saw the email invitation I was more than happy to offer my opinion as our experience couldn’t have been better. I’d happily and highly recommend to anyone and have done to all our friends!!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! This company is beyond incompetent. Order placed in November 2021 and I've still not received all my items. Do not believe the delivery timescales quoted on the website, it’s a con. Absolutely appalling Customer service, constantly having to chase for updates. After being promised updates they never arrive. I have been fobbed off with excuse after excuse for the delays.....shipping delays, Customs issues, logistics issues, items on different containers, Brexit, industrial action, the list goes on! Just incredible. Friends are having the same issues, this company should not be allowed to trade or take people’s hard earned money. From June to December 2022, I had to chase an update every month and was advised my order was 2 weeks away from delivery. I've had no comms since 9 December until today when I'm told its at least another 8 weeks for delivery!! I quote: “We unfortunately do not have an update on the batch containing your order and we are still being advised a further 8 weeks before delivery. We are working hard to get our customers orders fulfilled and once we have more information, we will be in touch.” I fail to understand after 15 months how they still can’t have an update!! I have absolutely no faith I will ever receive my items and will be taking the issue further. I can evidence everything above as it's all in writing from the beyond useless Customer service - who always promise they're working their hardest to fulfil Customer's orders - pathetic!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Would give zero if possible paid nearly 2k for my daughters room in September, was informed on December the 7th it had arrived and would be contacted but the mattress would be another 8 weeks would I like to to cancel. Wasn’t worried the goods where only couple weeks later than quoted did wonder why they couldn’t have told me why the mistress was going to be late earlier but cancelled . The firm which where going to deliver the items phoned two days later to confirm where I live, great thought it would arrive . It’s now the 27th of Jan no delivery of goods or refund for mattress . This is a firm which is close to going under taking orders and money before going bankrupt. The good reviews are self generated and not real . If they fancy explaining that I’m wrong please reply in here how goods I’ve paid for arrived on the 7th December have not been delivered. Currently dealing with my credit card company to deal with them. You know who I am Nigel farmer order 118642. Please explain to who looks at this why ?

A superb desk. Tall, large and plenty of space for studying. Took while for my partner to assemble and needed two pairs of hands for when the top section needed to go on. Very sturdy and is used daily so feels like we are getting value for the money spent and we didn’t see anything like it elsewhere so we’re happy with the deal.

A good kids bed. Very sturdy and well manufactured. Solid thick slats which add a lot of rigidity plus it looks so good in the bedroom. Very cool .

My first buy from here and all went smoothly. Quite impressed by the bike quality along with the silk paint finish which add an extra nice touch. Like the styles they have on sale and I could have chosen any one of their designs. Very pleasing and the price I thought was pretty reasonable too.

Everything’s was satisfactory with our purchase from the childrens furniture company. Arrived as expected and has brought a much need organization to a chaotic bedroom . The space is much better used now with good levels of storage space . The cost was ok and the design was chosen by my wife and with some input from our daughter. Both appear to be happy with the choice. Firm and solid it appears well built and has some good buoy in features which makes it extra useful. Overall a good purchase which should be ok until we hit the late teens!

I am happy with the new bed we have for my 3 year old son. It arrived on time and it identical to what is shown in their website. Solidly built the material is tough wood and it has a nice sleek paint finish to it, assembly was really easy and we had it up in no time. So far so good and I think it should last a few years . I got the mattress elsewhere. Thx

I bought the Princess bed last year. It is a stunning bed, much larger than I was expecting it to be which was a surprise at first as the head section in particular is quite tall. The design is as good looking in real life as it is displayed on the website .I love the beading detail and that there’s no visible screws. It’s a proper fairytale style bed .quality is amazing too so really pleased with the purchase and would love to get some of the furniture too once I have a little more money to spare.

We’re pleased now it’s arrived. It’s precisely what we wanted and looks a reliable well built item. Shame it took so long to arrive we were patient and received a small refund as a result. We could see anything like it elsewhere and there’s loads of extra storage space now which is so useful.

Totally delighted with my daughter’s new bed from this company. Admittedly it was on a lengthy delivery lead time but comma from the company were ok and I wasn’t in a rush. The bed arrived in good condition and securely packed . Assembly was quicker than I expected and no issues following some pretty basic but effective instruction guide. It looks great and transforms the bedroom into something far more grown up!! Thank u

I bought the hanging bedside chest. It was in stock so delivery was prompt. It was easy to build, quality is excellent and it is a very handy little chest next to the bed. Drawers are deep . Spacious and easy do open and close. A good little buy. Yay

Better than a lot of furniture I’ve recently purchase. It all turned up in one piece which was a good start . My husband had no issues building and it’s a solid & sturdy kids bed. I thought the prices was quite ok and I think the quality for what you pay is about right. Overall a good item and a fair price.

Absolutely love the bed it is EXTREMELY sturdy. Fab quality materials and also quality metal fixings which are included. The extra storage is a life saver for a smallish bedroom. So please how how it’s set up, looks and the new layout if my daughters bedroom it feels far more spacious and usable with much much less mess in the floor, for now anyway!! Very pleased it’s great.
