Item couldn't be supplied so refund offered. Still waiting 2 months after ordering for my refund. As other reviewers have said they state 15 working days for refund and they also said to allow 15 working days for card company. Total BS!
Excellent service, I ordered a snowy bed in their new year sales at a good price. I received a call from their delivery service about a week later to arrange delivery. I then had another call on the day to warn me that they were on the way. The delivery guys were lovely. The bed is well built and looks amazing many thanks
Easy order and nice item
We made a purchase before Christmas which had a couple of months lead time which is fine. However we cancelled the order shortly after. Payments had already been taken by Klarna despite not supposed to be charged until shipping. We were told the refund was processed but it wasn't and Klarna continued to take payments. It's been 2 and a half months now and I'm still trying to get the refund. This is over £800 they just took and kept and they keep me running in circles.
It took a good few hours to assemble but totally worth it. It looks good and very well made. Loads of storage , perfect for a small room. I’ve got a very happy 6 year old.
We had to wait a good length of time to take delivery in full of our our as it was split across a few deliver but this was the only downside. The company gave a small refund on the order as a result of the delay. The furniture are good and are up to the level we expected for the money we paid. I particularly like the trundle which I wish I had got one years ago as it saves much hassle when friends stay overnight. Thanks
We have a snowy bed, design is quite simple but quality of the material is quite high. Id buy again if I needed a second single bed for guests as it’s quite reliable.
I bought this bed as my daughters first “big” bed and i was a little skeptical but she loves it. Great volume of space underneath with provides a lot more space to play in the floor in his bedroom. We did have an issue as my husband couldn’t get one of the bolts to fit in correctly but we managed to work a fix around this and it’s fine. Despite being well packaged up there was also some minor damage, again not in any visible areas so we are ok with it. All in all I’m pleased.
An absolute bargain the price for what we got (bought in sale plus an extra voucher code). It’s a small storage chest which we use as a sock drawer inside the walk-in wardrobe in my sons bedroom. Arrived fully assembled so all we needed to do was take it out of the box and put the wooden handles on it. Super purchase
Made for a lovely Xmas present. Delivery was made with little fuss. Putting it up was easy only the legs needed to be attached and handles screwed on. The desk is a good size and the drawers are deep enough to keep school books for homework and a few pens. It’s quite sturdy and using it to write on for school work is fine.
1 Star reviews are so so familiar…. My order never arrived. My refund never arrived. I am over £1000 at a loss. Please beware of allowing this company to fob you off with the bull about ports / customs etc and allowing this to go over 3 months - as you'll have great difficulty with a chargeback! You also will not be able to small claims them as the registered office is actually that of another business - RSM The Agency They have all bases covered in order to fraud customers. I noticed they no longer offer PayPal or KLARNA - clearly they been flagged by these processers as the fraudulent merchants / con artists they are. I even tried contacting the directors Paul Hanson and Clare Hanson - surprisingly no response. Probably sunning it up somewhere with the cash they have defrauded. It’s a proper bed, none of the cheap board stuff that so many websites sell. From the second I opened the boxes I could tell the parts were top quality materials made with proper decent quality wood. It took me no time at all to built it (the hook on side rails is a great idea btw) and it’s v solid with no wobbling or movement at all. The slats are more than double the thickness of the old junior bed which I think is good idea. My only negative comments would be the amount of packaging which meant a couple of runs to the tip and probably isn’t that eco. That apart I’ve been pleased.
Ordered a set of drawers the beginning of September 2022. Had to continually chase up to the whereabouts of my order to be told that they were stuck at the docks. Then finally in January 2023 they said they had been released, so i waited, and waited, to then chase them again to be told oh no they were still stuck in the docks. I told them i wanted to just cancel and get a refund. Surprise surprise, i had to chase them. They never refunded. Luckily i had paid by paypal, so i am one of the lucky ones who got their money back. Please beware and do not purchase from these con artists! Reply to The Reply, you have got to be kidding with your reply, you don't even reply to your emails but can reply here?! As i already said, i was one of the lucky ones who managed to get a refund via paypal.

The worst company to deal with if there is an issue. I purchased 2 large items and spent over £1000 on 13 January. I haven't received any shipment confirmation so after about two weeks I emailed then and only then they told me there some sort of shipment issue at the sea and they don't know when it will come. Until today which is 2 months!!! after the purchase I still have not received my refund. They keep saying allow 15 working days for the refund and it's just not happening. I have to contact my bank and claim the money back. Please note I NEVER left a negative review that's how much they frustrated me. Avoid them if you can.
My kids love the bed, ver well made and solid. We paid extra for the assembly and the guys were really friendly and did take long. It’s better in real life than in the photos online. The storage bits go back really far under the bed and the cubbyhole in the bed head section is much deeper than it looks online

I like the bed a lot. It’s not a full size double but is a suitable size for a pre-teen and she seems happy enough with it. Very easy to build, the quality is really good and for the price I think it offers good value. Arrived in immaculate condition no scratches or dents and myself my wife and daughter are pleased with the product.
Update: So I got my refund. For anyone experiencing issues I strongly suggest that you: 1) Escalate your concerns/complaints to the CEO per my company house guidance below - frustratingly I'm not able to put the actual email address here but it seemed to work for me including it 2) Demand proof that the refund has been processed. I did this and was sent a screenshot of their capture system which showed the total amount refunded. If they say they can't do this then cite my example and keep pushing Good luck Original: I wish I had read Trustpilot before ordering last year. The 1 star reviews are the ones to trust and any others I would view with a healthy dose of suspicion (unless they mention deliveries being delayed by months in which case perhaps they are genuine) My wife and I ordered 3 pieces of bedroom furniture (Princess double wardrobe, 4 drawer dresser and bedside table) for a little over £1,000 back on 9th November last year with a maximum estimated delivery time of 10 weeks taking us to 18th January 2023, just in time for our new baby to arrive and for us to sort out their older sisters room. Since then we've had delay after delay (all regurgitating the same lines that it's been "stuck in customs" or is experiencing "clearance issues at customs") starting from the beginning of January when we had to chase up for an update on the order The fact they don't have a contact phone number should be an obvious red flag (and the one they do have - 0843 289 2646 - hidden in the "delivery & returns" section of the website doesn't connect to anyone) and I like everyone else get nothing via the website chat. We ultimately cancelled our order yesterday and have received confirmation back in writing that the cancellation has been accepted. Their terms and conditions state 30 working days so we would need to see our monies returned to us by 17th April 2023 or they will be in breach of their own terms. That is what we're waiting on now and I will drop an update here in line with that deadline, but going by the numerous other people in our shoes we're not confident For anyone else needing to escalate your complaints I would suggest you include the CEO (you can get his email from Companies House if you go to the filings section and look at the Registration of charge 081403040003 from 19 November 2021) in your emails in the hope of getting a more timely response (or a response at all judging from some peoples experience) Will report back pending how we get on with our refund
