My husband and I are both v happy with the purchase. Both price and quality are good and the set up was fairly painless. Our son enjoys sleeping in his new bed too.
Still owed a refund from an order I placed in January 2022. The order was never delivered, and I'm at a loss of over £500.00 This company is a sham. The trading address does not exist and I have reported this to Companies House. FAO CUSTOMER SERVICE (if you exist?!) Can you please kindly confirm the correct registered office address for correspondence so I can proceed through small claims court? YOU DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS! And there is no telephone number, and chat is never available. !! PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS BEWARE !! Focus on the 1 Star reviews – not the bogus 5 Star reviews! ******************************************************************* Your response is utter garbage (and a copy and paste on most 1* reviews!). No-one is dealing with this. You have not replied to my email. You informed me a refund was processed on 8th February for the January 20222!order which was never delivered! Surprise surprise no refund or money received. The company and the directors Paul Hanson and Clare Hanson are an absolute disgrace. I’ve also noticed you’ve updated the address and telephone on trust pilot with yet further bogus information.
The bed is good looking, high quality, sturdy and well made. Excellent quality for the price paid. The shelving behind the headboard is a very clever idea much more space now for storage. There’s also plenty of space under the bed frame too I would defo buy again.
This was a gift for my nephew who loves it. I’ve only seen the bed a couple of times but it looks fab and the amount he jumps on it I think its very tough as well.
Do not use this company, you won’t receive any product and when they suggest a refund you won’t get that either.
A good trundle bed. Comes in handy when friends come to stay. Fitted under the existing bed with space to spare.

I ordered 2 Childrens beds, I have paid over £1,400 pounds. These were ordered in August 2022, they did not come so after 6 months I requested a refund. I have been waiting for a refund for 7 weeks now. Shocking service, and very disappointing. Further, they only have email, no contact number which makes everything take longer.
We got a Holly be for my daughter. It’s as good as it looks online. The heart shaped headboard is cute and well made. I like that all the corner on the bed posts are rounded off so there’s no sharp edges. Good order and easy transaction with a lovely product at the end of the process. Happy & would recommend the Holly bed to others. Ps I wish I added the trundle so may come back for this soon
In general a good buy. The item is as advertised and the quality standard is as you would expect for the price paid. Which wasn’t cheap. Both the standard of materials and fixings is decent and the build quality good. Building it was very easy and I didn’t even need to use the instructions as it was so straight forward.

Had to wait longer than anticipated for it all to arrive and it came in several deliveries. However all arrived and everything in order so extremely please with the end result—A quality furniture set with tonnes of storage which should last us years. In the end a good purchase
Fantastic! I purchase a new bed for my 7 year old daughter and it’s brill! The design is so cute and I love it! ❤️ It took no time for us to build and it was in perfect condition out of the box. Quality is fabulous too, I like the extra thick bed slats . The price was quite good but it was defo worth paying the price and the little extra compared to some other websites I saw. Great and highly recommend
AVOID - read all reviews - bad ones have taken over recently, since I placed my order last AUGUST - SOMETHING IS OFF - HOW DO WE KNOW THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE REAL??? NEGATIVE ones are much worse - keep your money and go elsewhere, until they’ve got their act together. I’d like to know from this company why they can fulfill some orders - the ones that are getting them 5 star reviews - but then at the other extreme they have shockingly bad ones like mine, where they have not delivered the goods or as in our case only delivered part of the order? Thanks to other reviews I am now in the process of trying to either get the rest of my order AUGUST 22 - or get a refund using the methods of other peed off ppl - ie BEFORE COURT LETTER I’m a very laid back person but even I get fed up eventually and I think this company seriously needs looking at 🤬

Excellent bed. Just as described. Quite a bit higher than I anticipated which means that there’s so much more room underneath and we’ve purchase a separate desk and drawer set so that he can do his homework under the bed. I also like that we can put the ladder on either side. We built it then did a move around in the room so decided that the ladder had to go in the other end which didn’t take too long to do. A great buy.
I have on of their Holly beds. It’s really quite pretty but also quite chunky too. I like the chunky wooden frame which is reassuring based on how much bed jumping my daughter does. Very happy

The wardrobe I purchased is good, attractive and high spec. The quality is excellent and it was delivered directly by the manufacturer who also built it for me which was an unexpected but welcome surprise.
