A terrible experience. A 6-8 week delivery time came and went, as did an additional 10-12 weeks. When that was extended by ANOTHER 10-12 weeks I requested a refund, to be told that would take 10-15 working days. When that didn’t happen, I was told ANOTHER 4-5 days. And I’m STILL waiting! And not once has the company contacted me proactively, only in response to my emails (it’s impossible to find a number to call). All I want is my money back. I would never recommend this company. I wish I could give zero stars!

What a great girls bed. So we’ll made and the small details make it standout and defo a fantastic buy. My little girl (and wife) loves it and for me it’s a great balance between having a bed that she likes but also can last her as she gets older and she isn’t going to want something different as it should date . I also have the sleepover pull out bed too . We haven’t used it yet but I suspect it is going to come in handy very soon when friends start sleeping over.

Our order was delivered in several parts with the bed coming last. Everything is attractively designed, well made and solid so as a whole were satisfied with the purchase and experience

The product wasnt delivered for months. I finally had to cancel my order, as I needed my daughters bed and its been two months and I have still not received my refund. Its turning out to be impossible to get my refund. Really not sure what to do. Dont order from this company. You wont get your money back.

I thought the price was fair, standard if the product is decent and it should last us many years until my son grows too big for it. The extra storage space is useful as we’re the extra parts that came with it.

We have some furniture form the jango range. Beautifully built and looks very contemporary up against the other furniture in my sons room. It’s a very solid unit and it gives me the confidence that it’s well made and will last us a while. Drawers are deep and easy to open and close. I’m happy with it so far. Thx

Like the bed we’ve had to move the ladder from one side to another as we’ve changed the layout in the bedroom a bit to accommodate the bed. The area underneath is massive which is so useful adding in more space to the room as it’s quite small. It took a long time to put up and it was definitely a two person job especially when building the top section and all the rails etc. quality though is exceptional for the price we paid. Most importantly my son is happy with the am enjoys sleeping up high

We purchased a Holly bed which was for our daughter as her first proper bed moving from a smaller junior sized bed format. Arrived slightly longer than stated on the website and we did have to chase. But as soon as we did we had contact from their courier who had the item and delivery was arranged in a few days. Good packaging and the quality is really good. My daughter likes the style and it quickly got covered in decorations and stickers. A pretty good bed for the prices paid.

It’s a nicely presented website, easy to use & order. The order once received is good. No problem during the build. Everything slotted together seamlessly with some good fixings. Instructions were good and easy to follow. Clearly well built/designed the paint finish is also very good both on the visible and invisible sections. Most parts look like real wood with some parts board. Overall though I was impressed as was my dad who is a carpenter. Would buy again

The wardrobe is perfect for the nursery is sturdy and looks expensive.a good buy one thing I might suggest is a lower second hanging rail as kids clothes are smaller so you can get another rail towards the bottom for more use of space.

All good with my order

I like the item we ordered. It’s a pullout bed for guests sleeping overnight. It’s in our guest room and fitted under our existing spare bed in a small box room. Easy to build and the quality is decent. Delivery was timely and the bed is exactly as advertised online. A easy online transaction.

We made a purchase in the beginning of November paid in full and heard nothing close to delivery date so emailed and said was a delay. Keeps saying this. So we had had enough and we cancelled the order beginning of February. I'm still trying to get the refund. £379 they have of mine and they keep me running in circles too. Absolute JOKE.

I'm not sure this company actually exists. They appear to have taken £4000 from me and disappeared. I ordered £4000 of furniture in December. Some of which had a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Some was a longer lead time, but we agreed that they would deliver when the individual items became available. 11 weeks on and I have received none of the furniture. There is no number to call, and the livechat on the website is always offine, even during their advertised business hours. So I can't get any information about what is happening. Since mid-February I have been e-mailing every week to try and find out what is going on. I get an autoresponse saying they'll "try" to respond in 48 hours. I have had no response to any of those emails. We moved into a new house in February and so the kids have been sleeping on the floor for weeks while we wait. With no sign of resolution. I'm now having to explore with my bank whether they can cancel the transaction and reclaim the money. My strong advice would be to avoid this company like the plague.

I bought the Jona bed for my 9 year old son. I’m over the moon with it!!! It’s so big and chunky which gives a rock solid feel to it. I like the wooden parts which make it look upmarket and the finishing on them is just first class. I like the big oversized slats as my son is very big for his age and I think this will make it ok for when he grows up and becomes a teenager. No hassles getting a delivery arranged and the driver turned up as arranged . All the parts were in perfect condition and well wrapped in the boxes. Fab bed and good order 👏

Very sturdy and easy to put together. Colour is as seen and the design perfectly suits my Childs bedroom. Also got a drawer, It’s about 3/4 of the bed steps so has plenty of storage space and is nice and deep. Would have been useful to have the details of the depth of the trundle drawer mattress as my old mattress was too high and I had to purchase another one

Excellent service with a prompt delivery all very well packaged. The site was easy to navigate and order from the driver rang me about half an hour beforehand so I knew exactly when to expect them. The bed was easy to build and looks fantastic . I like that there’s no screws showing and you just see that wooden frame. Top item and I’d recommend it.
