All I can say is their customer service is nonsense, their agent asking to drop my call and he will get back to me after 5 minutes, after 5 minutes he buzz me… My phone was on my hand he dropped when I answer. I don’t want to talk about Whatsapp, you will be holding for hours for their agent to close chat after 2minutes😭😭…I want to cancel this sh** even before I use it…Pathetic

Worst service ever! Struggling to get the router connected and the call lines, watsapps is not working. Can’t get a hold of anyone able to help me.

I’ve been trying to cancel my line for the past 3 months because I was moving out of my apartment, their call lines literally do not work !!!!! The website is even worse!!!! Now I’m being billed for WiFi I don’t even use ? The ultimate scam . The other reviews you see about Supersonic are not propaganda. This service stinks.

It's been 24hours since my router has been delivered. I have not been able to get hold of Superonic to activate my fibre. I am paying for a service and not able to use it. 😒

I would like to warn other potential customers that the service you receive from Supersonic Fibre and MTN Fibre is absolutely pathetic. I've requested a month to month fibre package of 250mbps. Metrofibre quickly had the line and modem set up, and then the wait started to get the router from Supersonic. Getting no feedback from Supersonic, I tried logging tickets and raising queries with the call centre. Eventually it got delivered with a message that my order is complete and they'll be in contact soon to send someone to set up the router. This is the day they sent me the first invoice and started charging for usage. I set up the router but my speed was capped at 5mbps. It's now been an additional 8 DAYS after logging many tickets, countless calls and being put on hold to try and reach the support / second line support teams (who never answer or call you back), my speed is still limited and I receive no feedback or updates. This client service is so bad it feels like a scam. Supersonic, I informed you 3 DAYS ago that if a technician is was not here by the end of that day I'm cancelling all services. I did get a follow up call the next day where they shared an adress and details of another client with me and eventually realised that they had the wrong profile open. 2 DAYS ago I've requested that you please come and collect your router and cancel my contract. If I get charged anything on my accounts I'll inform the bank that it's fraud. I'll switch to Metrofibre since I hear their service is actually good. The day after posting my first review I got this message: "Dear Valued Customer, Please be advised that the debit order for your Supersonic subscription was not successfully processed today, due to unforeseen circumstances.Rest assured, the transaction will be processed tomorrow, 2 February 2024. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Supersonic" Your social media team have asked for my details on every post (3 DAYS in a row) and informed me that they will get the support team to contact me, and logged tickets for the error. Guess what... Still more unattended tickets and no call backs

The worst ISP that I have ever dealt with—worse than the whole Telkom ADSL era. Their customer service support is beyond useless. They haven't been able to fix my packet loss issue, nor do they know how. You will wait, and sometimes you will never receive a response from their support line. Avoid it at all costs if given the option. If not, well, you might as well subscribe to Starlink or anything else other than the internet through SuperSonic.

I never complain, but honestly, the amount of money & time they've cost me can never be repaid. I've been paying R645 since 2020 for a 10mb/10mb line which we all know is daylight robbery! I didn't have a problem because, at the time of sign-up, it was the only package I was offered. For the past 4-6 months I've had regular issues of slow speeds - not even 1mb and I work from home seriously affecting my KPIs. I've alerted them multiple times - to which I was never offered a different package, but the issue seemed to be resolved on the 2nd of Jan after the router was reconfigured. I then sent a cancellation request because at this point I've had enough. I was called by a lovely retentions agent who offered an upgrade - but at the time of writing this it still has not taken place because they refuse to credit me for December in which the whole month my average speed was 1.86mb! Now I'm having to chase up for updates and I continue to have slow speeds - do yourself a favour and don't consider Supersonic. All my contracts are through MTN but this is honestly one of my biggest regrets and continues to cause daily costs and frustrations because I'm SPENDING MONEY TO TRAVEL AWAY FROM HOME SO THAT I CAN WORK WITH A RELIABLE SPEED?? ridiculous!

They did a failed debit order and stopped my internet and I needed to call them regarding their failed debit because they don't even follow up....and their phone line and WhatsApps! off..... This makes me think to look elsewhere and leave this grieve behind.

We have been offline for nearly 10 days, and several reference numbers, calls and being hung up countless times later someone gets sent out because I offered to pay the tech to fix the fibre. Tech calls me and we lose connection, I call back to have the first-line support person shout at me because how must she know why people need to speak to me? I am dumbfounded. Unfortunately, this is the only supplier we have and if I could do anything else I would. I am so sad to have to pay them any amount of money. If you have other options just go for them. Your soul deserves more peace and you should not have to be berated like you stole someone's boyfriend for needing help with a service as a paying customer of 4 years.

If I could give them a no star I would. So I was using supersonic for a while, then I moved to Pretoria, cancelled my contract within the last month of my two year contract. 1. They called me three months after my contract to tell me I must pay for the router, so I agreed to give it back. 2. They called me the second time, the guy was extremely rude, and asked for my address again, which I gave him, again. 3. They sent a lady to pick up the router. 4. I didn't even bother asking for the money I over paid because of their incorrect billing system and I let them go on their merry way. 5. Fastforward 13 months after they picked up the router, they send me three emails, saying they handing me over, because I didn't pay R2500 for the router? 6. I sent them an email to say they picked it up, and why are they sending me messages out of the blue, I forgot the company even existed. 7. They have no record of picking it up? Seriously? They never sent me an email, or kept any record of it? Now I must pay for something I handed back? 8. Now I will have to get a lawyer, or advocate, but there is no way Im paying for something I handed back, and if they never received it, surely they should have sent me a message 13 months ago, and made sure to check with the company who picked it up. Supersonic is a scam, their network sucks, they over charge you, and they lie and make you pay for something you gave back, and on top of that they are not even cheap. I would say, whatever you do, don't use supersonic, there are plenty of better options out there. Anyone is better than them at this point. I can't believe the nerve of these people, 13 months later, and I receive a letter, threatening me, with an outstanding balance for a router I handed back? What the H, is wrong with this company? It's like they are run by a group of incompetent people, who can't keep track of their stuff. I am very upset. Should they prove to be other, I will retract my review, until then, don't use them.

Their customer service is shocking. Reading the other reviews it's like they're ok with being sub-par at communication. Took them days to convey I needed to change my payment method when I thought everything was fine and a modem was in transit.

It was a nightmare dealing with customer service. After some 20 useless, expensive telephone calls I googled the ceo..eventually I was able to speak to his assistant...the matter was referred to a manager Moeketi who assisted. The complaint was about the "unsatisfactory installation of cables" which he diligently resolved. Well done Moeketi and keep up the excellent customer service!

Have been in contact with them since 2022 to find a resolution to the claim that my account is in arrears. And still there were delays to that response. And on 30 October, my account was suspended due to “arrears”. I have been issuing tickets that are subsequently being closed without being resolved. I have been making callbacks and no-one is calling. I have been communicating through WhatsApp, only to receive the same response for 3 weeks. No one in the billing department has been in contact. No one updates me on the process. Nothing! This is most worst ISP, ever. Ever! It is a negative 100 for me!

there should be an option to give zero stars here. Supersonic is the worst. It seems like a scam of some sort. i served my one month notice to cancel the service, i paid R250 for collection of the their router to be returned to them. They still billed me for R2499 for the router that i returned and was received by them. Now every month they try to take the R2499 from my account. Router was returned and received on the 4th of August 2023. but Since September up to now November 2023 they are still trying to get money from my account. I have to make sure every month on the 1st and 2nd, i do not leave any money in that account so i just get charged for bounced debit orders than to struggle to get a refund from them if they manage to take my money. Already i have been struggling to get through to the billing department. IS THERE A WAY TO REPORT THIS COMPANY SO THAT IT GETS INVESTIGATED???

I use to recommend people to Supersonic, I have never been so dissappointed, First of all We chose the airfibre only to find that airfibre is a disappointment especially when clouds gather and is about to rain, airfibre shuts down completely l, then we asked Supersonic to change from Airfibre to Fibre then we were were later informed that we owe Supersonic for cancelling the connection, what we did was not cancel the connection we only asked for better or even excellent connection regardless of the weather, Supersonic came to collect their products and then later on claimed that they did not, I did send communication to the management and nothing done with the matter, highly disappointed, So much is going wrong the issue started back in 2022 to date. Management is none available to attend to the problem. You would call every day without getting through to people who are dealing with issues in all the departments especially billing including technicalsupportto some extend. You wouldn't know why are they taking decades to decide on the matter that is of their own doing.

The service is pathetic of this ISP if I had the option of negative star i would have rated them -5 star. They don't resolve issues till the time customer is crying for help. I suffering from these people's bad service. Please don't not take this service ever.
