I’d give zero star if that was possible. This predatory and aggressive company deliberately misleads customers into a £50 charge if they cancel within 14 days by selling them a ‘priority service’. It’s not made clear that you’ll need to pay this (6weeks worth of services) if you cancel within the cooling off period. When trying to resolve the situation staff were immediately aggressive. The whole aim is to denigrate the customer. Their complaints policy says you can contact them by phone. When you do this, and after being on hold for 50 minutes I might add, you’re told the complaint has to be made in writing. For an older person this was all extremely distressing. All I can say is avoid this company at all costs for your own finances and sanity!
