My WiFi stopped working suddenly. I live in a student accommodation so I called my landlord and they passed the message onto my WiFi service provider. The following day they called me asked to explain the problem. They checked every possible problem they could think of (which I really appreciated as it showed that they really care and have great customer service) however, the WiFi still wasn't working. The lady I was on the call with named Kimberley was still determined to help me and after a long call we finally figured out I was missing a microfilter. They proceeded to let my landlord know immediately and advised they were sending out equipment as soon as possible. Unfortunately this took place on a Friday so obviously I knew I would only get the equipment on Monday since it was the weekend. Monday came and they had already sent out the microfilter which was really great how quick and efficient they were because as a student I really do need the WiFi. My landlord didn't explain how to connect the new microfilter and after attempting myself I failed. I was abit frustrated but after going on the live chat with supanet the online specialist Effie was quick to reply and in less than 15 minutes she clearly explained how to set up the connection and get the WiFi working. As a non-tech person I really appreciated how supanet was patient with me and guided me the whole way through as I tried to fix my WiFi. They were fast and reliable and very customer friendly so it was easy getting the job done. Thank you
The Supanet contact was very helpful, quite rightly asking for various security details, and advised me quite promptly what I needed to do to resolve my query.
Used the online chat service to report a fault on our landline. Spoke to Chloe who was able to promptly carry out tests and a fault was indeed found in the Openreach network. Arrangements were made for an engineer to call tomorrow to arrange when he shall visit. How's that for service! Well done!

I have spoken with technical support today due to issues with my Internet connection, the lady I spoke to in that department was very understanding and has tired to sort the problem with my connection (time will tell) how ever over all I wouldn't recommend supanet as a provider less than a month in and I've had to get in touch for support three times and lost my connection more than I'm using it
