Getting through on the phone line was a nightmare constantly cut off after 15-20 mins tried different days and times but ended up using the chat service and problem was diagnosed in half hour by the very helpful and polite Olive

I have been with Supanet for many years and never had any major snags so was hoping that I wouldn't have to change providers to achieve a saving, after reviewing family finances. Contacted them through the Webchat service and was put through to Louise who gave me several options on ways to reduce monthly bill. Managed to save nearly £20 each month so was more than happy to stay with Supanet!
