Tried to use landline to find a permanent busy tone. Tried to reboot, with no effect. Contacted Live Chat, "spoke" with Penelope. After getting over the initial security questions, my query was dealt with without delay. Penelope was able to advise that the problem is the result of a BT Open Reach's outage. So, we don't know how long it will last but at least I know the problem is beyond my control, and will wait for its resolution. Thank you again, Penelope.

I have only got supanet for 5 days and I feel it was the biggest mistake of my life. I have not had internet since then, been trying to just get someone to chat with but to no avail. I have sent technical support emails but not a single person has gotten back to me and I am here still using my mobile data. Am I asking for too much here? I just don’t get it?! If you need broadband DEFINITELY NOT SUPANET!
Found out what the problem was straight away and internet has been much smoother and getting faster.
