I ordered a pc from the next day section and it was in discount from 700 to 540 but the graphics card RX 6060 wasn’t in stock so they gave me a upgrade to the RTX 1660 which did make it take 2 weeks to arrive but it is grate for gaming and I am getting 300 fps on Fortnite which was a in expected

bought a gaming pc and it was fab, devloped a Gpu issue and stormforce customer service team , support staff, sales and everyone else i failed to mention has helped after a few hiccups everyone was helpful and answered questions . endless patience, even simplified computers for me which was needed. Got my PC a few weeks back, Working like a charm and was the upgrade I needed. I had brought it before the easter holiday so faced some delays on items however I was kept updated on my order by Vicky who was always polite and helpful. The computer was delivered in great packaging. I highly recommend just maybe don't buy around a major holiday.

PC was really easy to set up, which for a grandma was great. Only had to filch an HDMI cable from something else. So nice to have everything running smoothly. Living in the far north deliveries can be difficult but it arrived fairly quickly and well packaged.

Fantastic price. Helpful regular updates on builds and dispatch. Speedy delivery and good after care support. Would definitely recommend.

The pc has memory issues. Order #68986 I have reached out to the customer care team as I cannot seem to log in into my account to raise a complain and get the issue rectified. In regards to the problem: the PC cannot get open a YouTube page without causing memory issues and force closing. Extremely disappointing after paying about £1,200 for this PC

Ordered PC system for my sons birthday and it never arrived even week later! Customer service on the phone said "it is being packed for shipping" via email saying "we haven't assembled it yet due to part shortage". I have cancelled order now. Avoid this company at all costs!

Dishonest with latest completion dates. Took two weeks to finally tell me that some of the components for the PC were out of stock (after me ringing them up) and gave me another latest completion date which was an additional week. Again, the PC was not complete and they have given me another latest completion date which is an additional week which I do not have faith it will be done by considering the last few times. This will total over one month of waiting with poor communication from Stormforce. First time experience and it has been poor, I would not recommend if you're looking for an honest completion and delivery date.

I'm super impressed with Stormforce Gaming's service, I recently ordered the Easter Prism 0614 and i'm blown away with the power of the machine. The entire process and delivery was effortless, minus one issue: there was a slight glitch in the email system saying that my computer had been delivered but it hadn't, I called them up and they were super helpful (I didn't catch the name of who was on the phone). Honestly the best service and machine, really really impressed, wasn't sure on buying a pre-build but chuffed that I did. Thanks Stormforce.

I've ordered a PC from Stormforce before and it was great, so I thought I'd order another one from them. This was 3 weeks a go (14 business days) and they say it'll take 7-10 business days and ive still not received my PC. I sent them an email, and a support chat, 4 days a go with no reply. It'd be nice if Stormforce had sent an email explaining the delay, or even better, replying to my emails. I'm really disappointed with Stormforce this time, as my last experience was great, and now it's been utter rubbish!

Ordered easily online, fast delivery time, haven't need to use customer service as had no issues so this can only be good 😊 so far so good
