Top grade product, first rate service

I recently ordered a gaming PC from Stormforce Gaming, enticed by their front-page banner promising next-day delivery if ordered before 2pm. The next day arrived, but no PC. After waiting a few more days without any updates, I emailed their support team. It took them seven days to respond, only to inform me that the PC was out of stock. They did offer to upgrade me to a better model for free and prioritize my order, but three more days passed with no PC and no estimated delivery time. Two weeks after placing my order, I finally received the PC. However, when I tried to turn it on, it didn't work. As someone with experience building PCs, I could tell that all components were intact and it was clear that the PC had not been tested before delivery. I promptly sent the PC back the next day. I'm still waiting for my refund, as Stormforce Gaming seems to be dragging out the process as long as possible. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Stormforce Gaming to anyone looking for reliable service and quality products.

Very good service

I was very pleased with the prices of the gaming PC's seen. Once I had purchased the computer, the service has been good with the computer being delivered promptly.

Bought a PC for my kid for Christmas and the SSD Card in it died. Got in touch with these guys and they have been really helpful. Had a few niggles with replacing and they've stepped up to help and fix each issue as it's happened. I'd definitely recommend them.

Brought for my son 16th birthday, he was so happy and absolutely loves it. PC is brilliant, all works perfectly out of the box. Colour changing lights are amazing aswel.

It was a lot of money to spend online but then I found that buying in store they would still deliver it via courier so I took the chance and asked for a Saturday delivery so they posted it Thursday and it arrived Saturday I wasn't able to track the constuction of it as I didn't make an account prior to purchase other than that it was all great

Order 74975, I ordered the Crystal 0655 RTX 4070 super. This is my first PC and I am making the switch from console and I couldn’t be more pleased with the PC. It is built beautifully and looks absolutely stunning. The system runs almost silently. I just need to get my head around PC gaming now. The PC arrived on day 8 and customer services have been superb every step of the way. A class service thank you for my new PC.
