A year ago I bought a faulty Stormforce computer from Argos, I have contacted Stormforce customer service several times and are not interested in solving the problem. I wanted to take the courses I need and I can't do because of it. I have a computer six years old, a year in good kondition, and a half old laptop and works great, but their computer does not work. I will have to buy a new computer but from this company computer never more.

I recently bought a new gaming pc from stormforce - it arrived 8 working days after ordering it (7 to 10 working day delivery estimate when I ordered it) and was well put together and works as intended. Its a solid build and so far (3 weeks in) is working well and coping with everything I am throwing at it.

I ordered a prebuilt from storm force recently and just received it today, for the price point and specs provided it’s honestly a wonderful starter pc! The installation was quick and easy, very straightforward and the guides provided were extremely helpful! It was worth the wait to receive my build and I’m honestly really happy with my purchase. :) I would definitely recommend them for their quality

Trying to gas light me into thinking im wrong when they are, once i was gonna prove thst they were wrong they told me ill refund and it and you can go build the pc yourself. Dont try to act smart with me. Update: you did not contact me to tell me this has happened, once again lying, and trying to gaslight

Purchasing my top-of-the-range PC from this company turned into an absolute nightmare, a stark contrast to the initial research and expectations that led me to choose them. Initially, all seemed well, but it didn't take long for severe issues to surface—from fan connection errors to unbearable lag and the dreaded blue screen of death. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues through their support team, I was met with persistent reassurances that everything was fine, even though it was clear that wasn't the case. Reluctantly, they agreed to have the PC sent back for repairs, but the ordeal didn't end there. The conditions they set were outrageous: 1. I was made to take full liability for any damage during transit, leaving me in a predicament where damage could occur at any stage, by anyone – the courier or even the company themselves. 2. I was expected to cover the cost of packaging, with the company insisting that customers should retain their original packaging for three months. This expectation is unreasonable and overlooks the fact that the need for a return is due solely to their subpar build quality and inadequate pre-shipment testing. 3. The guidelines for packaging were not straightforward and there's little to no help on how to do this. The tutorial they sent over had a PC build very different to my own. Not everyone is a PC or packaging expert, and expecting customers to package their products 'perfectly' for return is absurd, especially when the return is necessitated by the company's shortcomings. The ongoing back-and-forth with their support has been a source of immense frustration. To anyone considering this company for their next PC purchase: if you value your peace of mind and want to avoid unnecessary stress, look elsewhere. As for me, I'm still caught in this debacle, trying to find the best way forward.

I would fully recommend using stormforce. I was a little reluctant to pay online for a PC, however there was no issues, and it came well wrapped as well. The lad is happy with his PC.

The delivery was amazing, came in even less time than expected. Great condition other than a small scratch on the glass screen. May have been during delivery or production. Overall great product! Highly recommend 👍

Product ordered: Prism 6429 – RTX 4090, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D I ordered the above via Very.co.uk, with a delivery date provided stating "on or before" 9 days from the order date. On day 6, this increased to a 12 day estimate. Day 11, same thing; another delay (15 days). The order status page on Very stayed the same for 11 days, simply stating "Processed by supplier". I had tried to ask Very Customer Services on two occasions if they could provide me with any additional information, but I was told to just keep checking the status page. There was no communication about what was going on with my order until day 12, when I finally got an update that the PC was being shipped. Thankfully, after choosing to collect it from the local Yodel depot myself, I received it on day 13. The PC arrived intact and was packaged in the case's original box and polystyrene. Accessories were stuffed in the box anywhere there was available space—additional cables, case screws, etc. The GPU was protected by an expandable foam cushion installed inside the case. The components installed were mostly as advertised; the CPU, GPU, RAM and MOBO were just as advertised. The GPU I received is the ASUS TUF RTX 4090 OG, which was advertised in the photo of the PC but not in the specs. There are some components that I have received that do not match the advertised photo or PC specs. For all of the replacements, it seems like they've been swapped for cost-saving, at least in my opinion. The SSD received is a slower WD Green SN350 2TB Gen3, not the Solidigm 2TB P41 Plus Gen4 advertised (~£15 cheaper, Amazon).  The AIO CPU cooler I received was a Corsair H150 RGB 360mm, not the advertised Corsair iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT 360mm. This is a price difference on Corsair's website of £100; the unit I received has worse performance, and the RGB on the pump does not syncronise with the other case fans via Corsair iCue due to limitations with the Corsair Lighting Link Node (6 fan limit). The pump is instead wired into a MOBO ASUS Aura RGB header. To match the cheaper AIO CPU cooler, the case fans are the cheaper Corsair SP120 fans instead of the pictured AF120 fans (£15 cheaper on the Corsair website). I'm happy with the PC's performance but quite disappointed with the replacements, given that I ordered on Very.co.uk and there was no mention in the listing that the images are not what you will receive. I would actually go one step further to say that the photos on the Very listing are automatically false advertising. After looking at Stormforce's website a bit more, I found that the images on the listing are not for the PC I ordered and they have also been altered. This is not something I had originally noticed, but the RGB on the RAM has been coloured over in black and I believe that the ones pictured are a DDR4 set. Corsair doesn't seem to even make this model in DDR5. To me, this is an admission that Stormforce knows the photos aren't accurate to what customers will receive. Pretty shady if you ask me, Trustpilot doesn't let me include links to the two photos unfortunately. Stormforce states on their website that they have strict quality control procedures in place and testing methodology to ensure long-lasting, reliable performance. I dispute this claim, given that I had to correct a few issues myself. The AIO CPU cooler was not connected to the motherboard correctly. The CPU fan and AIOPump cables were reversed, which would have resulted in higher temperatures and ultimately would have decreased the lifespan of the pump. Glad I spent 2 minutes checking out fan speeds after getting into Windows... One mistake I can forgive, but I soon discovered another. The GPU riser card had been forced into place without removing the blanking plate from the back of the case. The riser card was not flush in the PCI-E slot and was actually placed under tension, pointing at an angle away from the screw that was holding in the blanking plate. For what is a mostly negative review, there are some small positives, but I don't think they outweigh the negative things I mentioned: Cable management is pretty tidy; there was no pre-installed bloatware and you get 1 month of free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Edit after reply: 3 -> 2 star edit following Stormforce's response, as they are out-right stating that they didn't cause the riser card issue, essentially saying I am lying? Hyte ship the Y60 case with riser card in place but it must be unscrewed to install into a motherboard. They 100% caused the issue and there was tension placed on the slot, luckily it didn't cause damage because I noticed it. Their other statement about PC photos - they're digitally altered to mislead and the specs advertised in writing on their own website aren't what I received. If you're buying Stormforce, maybe confirm what you will actually receive...

Swapped my Robin Reliant for a Ferrari. Now have a quiet computer that runs everything I want with ease, even lightroom. Built and delivered in the time frame give. Very well packaged. Plugged in, did some updates and then off and running very quickly. Couldn't be more impressed.

Just received my 4080, 13700kf build yesterday. Initially, after ordering i was concerned about the quality of components after a quick message to the team they got back me to with a full list of components in my build. Asus gpu, corsair psu, gigabyte mobo all high end stuff! Brilliant. Case cougar duoface rgb was a surprise, its lovely. Booted without issue, clean windows install absolutely no bloatware again fantastic! Ram running at full speed as it should so im assuming bios has been optimised. 4080 running at 50-55 degrees and boosting to 2750! And a THREE year warranty! Cannot recommend them enough. One small gripeo would have liked to have seen a display port cable in the box of accessories, caused a bit of a panic as i was upgrading from a series x and didnt have one 🤣 got there in the end though. Cheers stormforce im over the moon 😁 Edit, I think you should edit your replies a little so its not that obviously AI 🤣

Needed something fairly cheap at a decent price to replace my older system Didn't need a full build as the graphics card from my old system was still decent, Stormforce customisable options allowed me to get exactly what I wanted in terms of platform without having to buy bits I didn't need including not having to pay for another windows license (opted for the no os build) The build was to the advertised schedule and shipping with DPD is always a win, Build was of good quality with decent cable management and I was able to drop the parts I wanted to use from my old build into the new one, install windows and customise the bios settings to take advantage of the memory speed without hassle

Worst experience ever! They send me a faulty computer, and i had to chase the, for almost a week to return it. Customer service were more concerned that i said they fu*ked up (“foul language”) than fixing the problem. After returning i had to chase my refund for 2 days after they confirmed that they already received the system and that my refund was ready even though it was not. And they had the audacity to lie that it powered up without doing anything. Not sure about the sales team, but the manufacturing and customer service suck ass. The result of woke braindead training. Lying scumbag company. Would not recommend to my worst enemies.

Order delivered in record time so sat there for a few days until my son’s birthday. He was devastated that we would t let him plug it in as there was damage to the case when he opened it. Absolutely faultless customer service and technical support (thanks Vicky and Dan) who pulled out the stops to rectify the issue at lightening speed.
