Despite the fact the intended layout was communicated very clearly, one of two orders contained the wrong accessories. Also, the supplier treats each coupling like precious gems .. I came up short exactly one and then had to wait for parcel post to get the .80 part. I'd shop elsewhere if possible.

The first newel arrived after 6 weeks and the base was split on two sides. They re-made the newel and it took another 3 weeks to get it. They stood by their product but there is a legitimate question regarding their quality control in letting an obviously flawed product be shipped.

The stair rails were good quality and were packaged well. Arrived promptly.

there was a lack of tech support when it came to ordering my stair rail system which resulted in my ordering parts i didn't need and an excess of parts also the install videos did not demonstrate the issues that one encountered in installing the stair rail system

Purchased stair hickory stair treads, railings, and boxed newel posts. All the parts were milled perfectly, Items were well protected for shipment, and shipped on the date promised when the order was placed. As a general contractor I would definitely place additional orders in the future.

Great source for a large variety of high quality supplies!! I am a finish carpenter and this is where I look first for stairs supplies. A little more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot, but they have everything you need whereas the local big box stores typically do not. Highly recommended!

While we received the ordered balusters and trim on time and in good cosmetic condition one of the double twist balusters wasnt twisted completely so it was about an 1/8 of a twist off of true.. unfortunately the installer didnt notice until after it was completed so now we are contemplating how to mitigate this. Overall the ordering and quality of the product was great.
