Great product. Love the posts. Cable was fairly simple to install, but you need to be real precise with your measurements. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out what we needed. Great layout and instructions. I paid for expedited shipping but arrived five days after promised date. I was working with a tight deadline, got it done day before the party but had to work two days in the pouring rain. They did atleast refund the expedited fee. I would order again, as I think they have a real nice product.

The brackets I received were spectacular in looks. I will be installing glass in the in the next couple weeks that will determine if the glass holds firmly. The customer interfacing was an excellent experience.

I've ordered 2 times with stair supplies, each order was custom treads and risers. I wish they had better instructions on their website and that would have prevented the second order. Also, the prices were different, I wish that stayed consistent and the quality. The first order also took forever! A full 10 days after the quoted time period. The second order had pieces that were more expensive but better quality. I'm more knowledgeable now and would order with them again.
2 times wrong finish of newel posts Stairsupplies sent 2 Newel posts in wrong finish, had to wait several weeks until they produced 2 new ones. Guess what: the new ones were also in wrong finish and on top of that damaged. Now my project is more than 6 weeks late and I have to go with another supplier. At least they agreed to give me my money back.

Call and asked about dimension of box newel post mounting kit. Was told by Keegan that they are 3 1/8 which is what I needed. They came and they are 3 3/8. Got RGA # sent them back almost untouched in original packaging and was still charged 15% restocking fee. Plus i paid shipping both ways!!!! SALESMANS FAULT, NOT MINE

I was very happy with the support and responsiveness of the sales and customer service team. I was disappointed in the terrible packing job the shipping department did with the top rails. It took three tries to get a set here undamaged enough that I’d tolerate installing them.
