The items ordered (newel posts with trim and details) arrived on time. The Excellent workmanship! What I was especially impressed with was the way the posts were so thoughtfully packaged to ensure that they arrive flawlessly .... which they did. Great product with fast shipping, prices are good too. I saw similar railing balusters at the local home depot for a similar price. However, unlike the home depot version, the ones I purchased were solid and of much higher quality but similar pricing to the box store. My contractor was also impressed and asked where I purchased these. The designer tool on the website is a great help to both visualize your project and guide your installer if you don't do it yourself.

I ordered based on the provided information given on the website and when my order came in it was not the correct size. When I called and asked about it they told me the dimension for the thickness can be found isn’t the F and Q section. Why would you provide all information needed for an order with the peice you are ordering!?? I was buying replacement peices since my broke and it was a Christmas gift for my husband. I’ll admit I don’t know a lot about banesters, but since their was no thickness provided and the picture being modeled on the website matched my identically I thought u was buying what was needed. I was so excited about it, I did tons of research looking for replacements and thought I found a match. When they came in too thick and I called they told me their was nothing they can do it is non returnable. So they are sitting in a box and nothing I can do with them now. Would have been nice to know when ordering from this company I have to read every detail of their website not just the item I am buying because the hidden information I was needed wasn’t with the item I was ordering. I can’t say anywhere else I have EVER ordered I had to look at the f and q section because the information needed wasn’t on the description of the product. Poor service and poor website. I won’t every but from them again or recommended them, it’s too bad too because the work is nice, but in the end it’s how the customers get treated. This is poor service, they messed up by leaving information out and admitted to me the website was not clear and information can be found in the f and q section. Because of their poor advertising of information on their website I have over $100 on wood I can’t do anything with.
Beautiful unfinished handrail was just as described. I stained it myself to match the stair treads and floors. Perfect! Unfortunately the photo I posted was rotated after selection and I am not able to edit the photo. Sorry about that.

Very slow customer service, Ordered almost $6,000 of material took almost 6 weeks to come in , 2 renewal post came in damaged and it took 5 weeks for them to get replaced after calling every week
