Our overall experience was satisfying. However, we did not find that this was a DIY project. We hired a professional glass company/stair rail installators who experienced several challenges while installing your product. Such as: 1) There were aluminum screws which were not compatible with your stainless steel product. 2) Foot plate covers without directional markings caused them to disassemble railings several times to place on correctly. 3) Bowing in rails caused difficulties and complications when it came to mounting them which these professionals found a challenge. As far as product quality is concerned, we found that after cutting and filing handrails, it is difficult to eliminate sharp edges where end caps and bracket screws are placed. When it comes to customer service, our experience was Excellent! We worked with Project Manager, Garrett Kramer who was very knowledgeable about your product, showed patience with us, and paid special attention to our needs. He returned phone calls promptly and even held video conferences to ensure any and all details with our project were met as customers. Working with him was the highlight of our overall experience. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Hire installators of your product making it accessible nationwide 2) Ensure all product installation parts are stainless steel compatible. 3) To lessen the cost of shipping for your company and installation time and cost for your customer, inspection and communication with client prior to shipping may be helpful.

Excellent product and great customer support 👍

This is my 2nd order with Stair Supplies and I could not be happier. The 1st order was for twelve 3" x 48" floating treads going up to my third floor that were simply beautiful wood and dimentionally flawless. They have been in place over a year with no warping or issues. I love them. The second order was for another twelve 2" x 48" treads going down to my first floor. These were likewise flawless and after staining to match my decor, really made that area come alive with rich grain color. Customer service and order fill time is amazing. This is not only the best stair company I have done business with...it is the best company for any product I have done business with! I am a handyman and home improver who does a lot of projects and I am utterly grateful for Stair Supplies!!! 5 stars all the way.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Stair Supplies. I had two broken balusters that I needed to replace. I ordered the wrong balusters and the technician who came out helped me to re-measure and gave me pointers to look for when I re-order on line. Professional customer service and design. The shipper had some issues with getting the product delivered, but the product design and construction was superb.

We are very happy with the balusters and with the company. We thought the pictures of the product look good, then when the balusters arrived they looked even better. And now installed, even better. I want to add I thank you to Terrah Harmon and Chad Lauren who were very fast and thorough in answering my questions. Most companies need more people like this.

Great product and wonderful service at a reasonable price. I found all the components of my stair system (Express rail system) to be of the highest quality. The staff was great in helping me put my order together. It's so nice to call and have a real live human pick up the phone. The install was a breeze (watch out for written instructions that need a little sprucing up) and I ended up with a sturdy end product that looks great. The materials arrived in a timely manner and a part that was damaged in shipping was quickly replaced. Recommend to a friend? You bet!

Everything is misleading with this company

Had a wonderful experience working with Stair Supplies. Their products and service are A-1. This was not a job for weekend warriors. Some carpentry experience and tools are needed. I would have given 5 stars except for the improper items that were shipped to me the first time. That being said, the Customer Service Department was outstanding. Special thanks to Samantha Bellis. Her help made dealing with damaged parts and mismanufactured parts an easy correction.

Excellent experience with the company. Helpful friendly staff. GREAT follow up. Felt like they were a partner in the project. I’m just sad I only have one staircase! I’ll have to move to use them again.

I have not received my rail yet but just want to thank Derek for giving me outstanding customer service. I needed just a five foot rail for my husband to use for support off our deck onto the pavers. Derek treated me as if I was ordering a huge job. He worked with me and offered sound solutions. Can’t thank him enough. Will follow up with another review once it is installed.

I’m in the process of building my home and one of the areas that I didn’t fully inform myself on were the stairs and all the components for them. The support team was great (Jon French) through out my purchase. He guided me from start to finish. I initially purchased threads and I’m now in the process of ordering a landing for my project.
