Worst supplier experience ever.
I ordered cable rail supplies for my deck, to be installed in cedar posts that I installed. All the pieces and parts were correct and installed as per instructions with no problems.
We had a horrible and very expensive experience with Stair Supplies. Part of the problem was our fault but I think they could have been more understanding with their return policy. And our installer had a lot of problems using their product. My advice: don’t buy this kind of thing online. Buy it locally.

I'm very happy with the install. Everything worked out great. Easy instructions. I used my own Ipe source for the handrail as I wanted to limit the number of joints. But it all came together nicely.
