The product was excellent. The delivery not so good as the truck that brought it was a trailer and could not come through the gate of the complex. The driver was very unhelpful and I had to borrow a pick up truck to collect the items from the side of the road.
They haven’t gotten back to me yet!

The products and service is very good my only slight disappointment is the uneven spacing of the posts on the stairs. Workmanship and value is very good the finished deck looks great.

Ordering person was in a rush and didn't take time to explain things. As result my order was had too many of some things and not enough of others. I had to reorder which prolonged the completion.
Excellent product , Great to deal with but return policy stinks .
I thought I was getting the right size and the right color. The pieces I received (after many weeks) were not as pictured on the site, and they were the wrong size. I spent over $70 on these wooden pegs to fit an existing staircase. When I inquired about a return, I was told that since this was a custom order, there were no returns. When I ordered these, I believed they were an in-stock item.
