I have been using this software for about three weeks, it seems perfect. the only problem is that they don't answer their calls, preferably email for fast response,
Had to activate license on MS phone line as on-line reply that previously activated, which worked. PayPal receipt in Russian. I suspect they buy a legitimate multi-seat version then sell the seats individually.
The software works well and only cost a fraction of the price, just a few problems getting it activated but stick with them and they will sort it.
I bought Office 2019 last night. At a price of only £19.99 I was very skeptical over whether it was a scam or not, but figured £20 wasn't a lot to lose if it was. It was all fine though - I was emailed the key immediately after purchasing, and followed the instructions. I tried online authentication and got an error message saying that they key had already been used, so went for telephone authentication, and after typing in the numbers provided by the automated response, the product was registered without a hitch. At the time of purchase I was offered an upgrade for £10 extra to Professional, but declined, but when the product came through, it had been upgraded anyway - bonus!

Simple process to download Microsoft Office 2019 and at a very reasonable price.
A few extra hoops but got there in the end. I bought Microsoft Office 2019 Pro (which was offered for an extra 10 quid after I chose Home and Student initially). All went smoothly until I tried to activate it following the instructions, and Microsoft activation wizard (internet "recommended" activation) said the product key had already been used the maximum number of times! Naturally it was my first attempt, so I didn't know what to think. So then I tried phone activation (which other reviewers said they'd done and was easy). The rep couldn't hear me so had to call again. Five minutes or so with second rep, and we got it sorted. He explained that the product key must have been used by someone else (sketch!) but not to worry as I was now activated and good to go. The receipt came through as PayPal even though I had used a debit card and the seller was listed as - some mystery name using the Russian alphabet rather than "SoftMall". The price was very good value vs other sellers, so if you're are comfortable with some uncertainty regarding the validity of the seller and their methods, you should get there in the end. I'm not sure I would have chosen this route had I known I'd get the response that the product key had been recycled when it's supposed to be single use/one device.
Excellent value for money. Would have given 5 stars if it had been clear at the get go that there are 2 License keys,the second one to be accessed by phone.I even had an online chat about the key and was only told about the first one,that is with the original email with link.

This is my 3rd purchase and i'll be recommending it to my friends. Bought Microsoft Office 2019 & got an upgrade to professional at no extra Slight pain having to use telephone activation but worth the saving.

Ordered Microsoft Office from them. Everything First Class-download link was emailed within a few minutes after purchase including the relevant licence key.
I was a little wary at first, but read the reviews which were mostly favourable. I was extremly pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Very simple transaction, email response from SoftMall arrived almost immediately and the software downloaded without a hitch. Installed and activated easily although had to activate by phone to Microsoft, a little bit of a pain because soooo many numbers, but all OK and running happily.
