Absolutely devastated when I broke my the screen on my iwatch. Josh was amazing at reassuring me and keeping me updated with progress. From posting the watch to they fix to back on my wrist in 7 days. Great fix - would never know it’s been replaced. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend to friends and family.

Totally positive experience. Josh responded quickly, repair to have glass replaced in apple watch series 5. This was to an exceptional standard, first class. Highly recommend and reasonably priced. The cost payable on completion of work with photos to show work completed. Hopefully lesson learnt not to drop watch again!! However if I do then will use smart repairs again!!

I dropped my Series 4 Nike watch on the bathroom floor smashing the screen to pieces. I made contact with smart repairs who talked me through the repair service and provided me with a very reasonable price to replace the glass. Smart repair kept me fully updated with progress once they had received the watch sending photos of the finished product. I am very pleased with the result which looks and works as well as when originally bought the watch. Can't fault the experience, I sent my apple watch with a smashed screen which I didn't think would be replaceable. It is now back with me working perfectly. Really good service, good to get videos of the watch working and kept up to date on timings. Would def recommend and use again (but hopefully not too soon) oh and good value for money (compared to other quotes I received).
