I recently sent a Apple Watch series 5 to be repaired after the screen was smashed. Usually I would be concerned to send an expensive item to a business I have never used before, however Josh put my mind at rest by sending updates via text along with pictures to show how the repair is doing. The service is great and Josh is very friendly. Now safely returned my watch looks like new again and works as it should. The prices are very reasonable and much more affordable than anywhere else. I clumsily smashed the glass on my Apple Watch and found Smart Repairs U.K. on a quick Google search. From the very first phone call to the delivery of my repaired watch I was kept up to date with phone calls/videos/photos of the progress of my repair by Josh who runs the company. Would highly recommend this company who did an excellent job on what now looks like a brand new watch.

Excellent experience. It’s a bit galling sending an expensive watch off for repair but I was comforted by the reviews and was super impressed: immediate communication, photos of watch when arrived there, an update of progress, quick repair, communication about the return of the watch.
