I dropped my Apple watch on the kitchen floor. Total panic set in that I was going to have to pay hundreds of pounds to have it fixed by Apple. After a quick Google search I came across this company, sent a message and Josh got straight back to me. The reviews speak for themselves and gave me the confidence to parcel my watch up and send it all the way to Cornwall! One week later and I now have a fully functioning watch safe & sound back on my wrist. Amazing service !!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. The communication was first class. It even came back with a clear case on it . Thank you Josh 😊. Hopefully I’ll never need your services again 😂!

Had an accident with my Apple Watch face glass and found Josh’s website to repair it. Fast reply from my enquiry so I took the plunge.. so glad I did. Josh did a great job and have received it back today in great shape and he even included a transparent protective cover which looks great too…! I smashed my Apple watch screen at work and Josh has been amazing keeping me informed throughout the process. It looks fabulous and would 1 million% recommend smart repairs.
I sent an Apple Watch to Josh and the watch came back looking good as new. My screen was in a pretty bad shape and the digitiser was dead. Josh did a fantastic job for a very good price. I have to command his impeccable customer support as he sent us texts with pictures to inform us at every stages. He’s definitely a keeper.
I attempted to replace the battery in my watch having changed the battery in a few IPhones……..it all went wrong and I managed to damage the watch to the point I thought it would be a write off. I contacted Josh and he said he would have a look. That was a week ago, today I got my watch back and it now looks and works like new. Highly recommend Smart Repairs Thank you
Josh was fantastic from start to finish. Siad exactly what was on the website, communication the whole way through and watch arrived looking like new very well packaged for protection. I wont use anyone else for my repairs now.

Sent my Apple Watch for repair needed a screen and digitiser josh consulted me before doing any work stayed in touch throughout, was unsure about using them as I had to post my watch away but the service was first class from start to finish received my watch today and run it through all its usual tests it’s perfect like a brand new watch again, even sent it back with a free screen protector, excellent service will definitely be using them in the future if ever needed.

An amazing service!!! Very clear on what was going to happen with my repair and how it all worked. I was kept well informed about the repair with photos as well. Then the packaging when it all arrived was fantastic, all carefully wrapped and boxed up. I would highly recommend Josh and this company to fix your watch. It was worth every penny and all for extremely good value.
