Great repair. Found smart repairs through a Google search. Glad I did, sent watch away after smashing the screen amazing job done by Josh. Had it back within a week and was informed constantly of the progress with photos sent too. Thank you Josh will definitely recommend to friends.
Brilliant service from start to finish. Speedy reply on initial enquiry. Kept in touch from start to finish. Sent pictures of watch on completion of fixing. Just received watch back it’s in mint condition. Sent, fixed and returned within 10 days (including weekends). Returned like new, fantastic job and free protective case sent to prevent future damage. Thanks for doing a great job and for a good price.
Watch came back as good as new. Communications were excellent. Would definitely use again, but hope I don’t need to.

I was very hesitant about sending my watch off through the post, as I am sure a lot of people are. Can you trust it'll come back etc. Well with Smart Repairs and Josh, 200%. He's clear with his commuinaction and quick to respond to any query or problems. I filled in a contact form and within 30 minutes, we are already arranging a work start date and how to get it to him. Kept me updated all the way through. Came back a few days later well packaged, signed for and almost brand new. Can't give this company a more glowing review. I just hope I never have to use them again because of my own clumsy nature. Should I need a repair, I'll be using them again without fail.

Completely broke the screen of my Apple Watch. It was completely shattered. I found Josh Burns by doing some research and everyone said his work is excellent. Josh and I communicated very easily and I sent the watch to him, and within a week he had repaired it, sent me some pictures and then it arrived back 7 days later. Looks brand-new. Would definitely recommend.
I dropped my watch and couldn’t find anywhere local that would fix it. I found Josh on a Google search and was not sure at first but had nothing to loose, his service is Outstanding, clear communication throughout, professional and extremely helpful. He repaired my watch and even re did it a second time free of charge as he noticed the frame was dented, which he also repaired, then posted back tracked postage well packaged with a free protective case. I couldn’t ask for a better service. I will most certainly be recommending his business to friends.

Josh was quick to respond to the online enquiry form and quote for the repair of my Apple watch. I was initially sceptical after Apple quoted over £300 and smart repairs came in at just over £100. However, I was kept up to date every step of the way from arrival, through the repair and on dispatch. I felt reassured my watch was in safe hands and was returned to me looking as good as new within 10 days. A free protective case was thrown in as an added bonus and a lovely touch. I would definitely use Smart Repairs again, although in the nicest possible way, I really hope I don’t need to!
