My Apple Watch 6, was ‘run over’ by a car and had extensive damage. I was looking at a brand new watch and a lot of ££££. Josh at Smart Repairs was able to do a fantastic job in repairing it it looks brand new…..leaving me absolutely delighted. I came across Smart Repairs on Facebook and was initially a bit skeptical, but I read the reviews and decided to try them out and Josh did not disappoint. From the initial contact after I shared pics of my watch to the updates during the repair and finally receiving almost new like watch, it's been a great and very professional experience.
I idiotically dropped my apple watch and had to send it in. Josh and Co. made the experience as painless and as fluent as it could possibly have been. From consistent updates on where and what is being done to the watch (including videos of when the repair has been done) to tracking number on the special delivery which they pay for when returning the watch.... this has been a find in terms of the service. And tho' I wish to never have to use them again, if you find yourself in such a situation... just choose Smart Repairs UK and it will alleviate a lot of the stress. PS. Pricing is very fair too - they are fantastic all-round!

I smashed screen of my series 5 Apple watch on bathroom floor, and found Smart Repairs UK via Google. After reading some reviews on Trustpilot and contacting Josh, I felt reassured to go with this 'through Post' repair service. I dropped my S4 Apple watch on the bathroom floor and the glass smashed. I looked on the Apple website to see how much it would cost to fix and was amazed how much it was - nearly as much as a new watch!! I continued to search online and came across Smart Repairs UK. I did some research as I am always a little dubious of sending my goods off. I contacted them and sent photos of the damaged watch. Josh contacted me, explained the process and how much it should cost. I sent the watch to him and he kept me up to date every step of the way. When I received my watch back it was good as new. I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely use them again - although I hope I don't smash my watch again.
