I was desperate to fix my broken new Apple Watch screen which I accidentally dropped on a hard surface. After a few days of deliberations and speaking to Josh, I decided to send it in for repairs. The best decision ever! Josh is amazing. He kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs with photos. My watch was returned as promised in a good packaging looking brand new with a free protective case. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely excellent. I dropped and smashed my Apple Watch and was gutted, I’m very very clumsy and almost everything falls out of my hands! I had a search online via fb groups and recommendations - resulted in two companies I checked out and sent whats app messages with photos. Josh came back to me right away, late on a weekend eve. with excellent communication and advice. I was a bit worried to send my watch off randomly but took the risk and it certainly paid off. Off it went and Josh stayed in touch throughout the whole process, sending me updates and photos which was reassuring. I highly recommend this service and am thrilled at the repair - it looks as good as new. I felt lost without it as have started exercising every day and track my steps and workouts. Not to mention, misplacing my phone constantly and needing the alert function! Josh even threw in a free protective case which is awesome because I kept meaning to order one but kept forgetting (kids!). The whole service was exceptional and was a very quick turnaround of under a week. Don’t hesitate to send yours off. Thank you - I will be recommending to friends.

I was a bit skeptical at first but once I read the reviews my mind was put at rest. I spoke to Josh on the phone who kindly went through what would be required to fix my Apple Watch screen and how this would be done as well as prices. From the moment josh received my watch he sent me updates on WhatsApp and photos of the progress. Once I gave payment he posted my watch out by special delivery and sent me tracking details and I received my watch the very next day. Excellent service. Would 10/10 recommend! Thank you Josh!
Had two watched repaired, once screen and one screen and LCD. Both looks like new and work once again. Communication was great and turnaround time was very fast. Can only recommend.
Can’t recommend this guy enough… After smashing the screen on my Apple Watch I looked for a repair. This company showed up and had great reviews, I was very sceptical and a little worried sending my watch but after talking to Josh when he called me I decided to send my watch. Josh always kept in contact with me throughout the repair and exactly a week later I had my watch returned all repaired. I highly recommend Josh for repairs.
Smart Repairs UK did an amazing job at replacing the cracked glass on my apple watch. The prices were affordable and they even provided a free protective case. Their services were outstanding and constantly kept me up to date with the progress they made with the watch once received in the workshop.
