Very pleased with my watch repair, it needed new glass as I dropped it onto a tiled floor, josh was very helpful, informative and honest through the whole process of it being repaired. I would not hesitate to use him for repairs again.
Omg! What a service. Dropped my Apple Watch on floor on hols. Smashed screen. Apple wanted £210! Josh at smart repairs was half that. Didn’t charge until he fixed it. Kept in touch all the way. Sent watch back promptly. Immaculate. Full working order. Haven’t had such a good service for anything like this for a long time. Highly recommend 😀

From the moment I enquired about the repair of my iwatch. The communication and transparency I received was 10/10. I was informed how to deliver my watch to them and then communicated with in every step of the process, from receiving the watch, to fixing the watch (including pictures), to dispatching the watch. My watch is looking brand now. Highly recommended.
Second time I’ve used smart repairs. Couldn’t be better. They keep you informed every step of the way & are very efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone ( also a heck of a lot cheaper than Apple repairs!)
Josh has done a fantastic job fixing my screen and digitiser on my Apple Watch. It looks and works as good as new! Fast service and I was kept informed along the way. Hopefully I don’t have to use his service again but if I do then I wouldn’t hesitate.

GENUINE REPAIR COMPANY ! don’t be nervous to send yours away to Josh . My Apple Watch series 6 was requiring a new screen . I contacted Josh and he was clear when explaining the process so I felt happy to send , it was a very smooth operation from sending away to returning back to me . I was given photos throughout and updated on its process , once payment was sent I received the Watch pebble back on a next day service ,extremely well packaged with a free clear casing for it ! - I won’t hesitate should I need anything else repairing or when recommending to friends and family as I HIGHLY recommend! 5 * service !
This new business is run by a guy called Josh Burns, his business acumen has no equal, his communication on the progress of your device with pictures and texts is excellent. My son had inadvertently smashed his Apple 6 watch and desperately wanted it fixed, the watch itself still worked, but the glass was shattered. After finding some very expensive repair options elsewhere and in particular directly at Apple, I found 'Smart Repairs UK' online. The service from Smart Repairs is superb. Josh was very helpful and the process was seamless. My initial email was sent to Josh on the 9th May and I received the fixed watch on the 20th May. The result itself is amazing.
