I had broke the glass on my Apple Watch SE and was unsure on how to go about the repair… I messaged Smart Repairs on WhatsApp and immediately they responded and got the ball rolling. The process was really simple, all I had to do was post my watch to the address and work began. I was kept updated all throughout the process from arrival of the package, the starting of the repair, the finished product and postage back to me. All topped off by a great price :) Thank you!
Exchanged a number of texts to establish cost and process. Posted the Apple Watch packaged as instructed. It needed a replacement glass screen. Received texts confirming receipt of the watch and then progress with its repair. The watch was returned in packaging clearly designed for the purpose. Excellent service. Would use again though hopefully won’t need too!!

Found online and filled out the easy to use form on the website for an iwatch screen repair. Arranged the repair, sent off the watch. After dropping my Apple Watch onto a marble floor and damaging the screen I found this fantastic company on Google and from first contact to receiving my watch back fully repaired I received brilliant service at all stages .From sending watch to them ,receiving confirmation of receipt of watch from them,.Then updates regularly as to how repair was progressing.The price quoted was the same one charged and was returned post free by Special Delivery.I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Josh and would highly recommend this company
