My Apple watch face was smashed. Josh at smart repairs took care of everthing and my watch was quickly repaired and returned like new. This is the real deal. I smashed the screen of my series 4 Apple iWatch a few years ago and put it in a drawer thinking I’d never be able to recover it. Came across Josh on a Google search, read previous reviews here and felt why not. He deserves every positive review from ease of process, fair and honest assessment, if he can’t he won’t lie, but performed nothing short of a miracle on my watch. Granted, my watch interface was working, it was just the screen that was smashed, and shedding splinters! Josh keeps you updated all the way via text. Brilliant communication. The iwatch is like new! And before I sent it off to him I got a quote from a repair store on Tottenham CRT Rd, Central London….nearly twice the price of Josh. Thankyou Josh, Love your work 🔥

Fantastic service! Can't find a single fault with the work done and the speed with which it was completed was extraordinary, most places quoted double the price and thrice the time period but Josh offered an excellent service at a very reasonable price and returned the watch in a quick time frame!

Smart Repairs UK contacted me very quickly following my request and were very helpful, polite and professional. Josh explained the process of delivery/repair/updates/payment which I was pleased with. Updates included photos during the screen replacement process and explanation of next steps. The turn around was 8 days (postal strike affected return delivery) although still very quick. I would certainly recommend this company for repairs. Watch looks as good as new and is working perfectly. Great service.
Having badly cracked the glass on my Apple Watch this company turned what was a daunting prospect of sending my watch through the post to someone I didn’t know into a fantastic all round customer experience. I smashed my Applewatch pebble , I contacted Smart Repairs (Josh) He was very helpful on text and gave details on how to send it via post to him. He kept me informed during my watch being with him with images and updates. He gave me delivery information and i was able to track it. It arrived safely and I am very please. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated at every step of the process for getting the screen and digitiser of my Apple Watch Series 3 replaced. The process only took about 4 days from sending the watch to getting it repaired and getting it back. Overall 5 stars!
