Journey from Salzburg Airport to resort hotel was 5 stars - my flight was delayed but the driver was at the arrivals point with a name board which meant I didn't need to look for them! Both people were incredibly friendly and the journey was very enjoyable and relaxing despite the delay to the flight. Return journey - driver arrived early which wasn't a problem - felt like he drove a little too fast but did get to the airport with plenty of time to spare - so 4 stars for this part - will be recommending you in the future as was very smooth and kept well informed of times through texts which was very convenient. Also had the emergency contact number in the text should a problem arise (although I didn't have the need for it). Thank you for making my holiday easier!

Had a great experience with a return journey from Grenoble to Les Deux Alpes for 19 of us. We were kept updated and informed throughout and had a great service on the coach both ways. Would definitely use again

We booked a privat transfer and it was a shared transfer due to a car accident of other driver. It was not comunication from ski-lifts or taxiBaron until the moment of place the equipment in the van... thinks happend but we miss a better comunication and the suggestion of refund the difference between a privat and a shared transfer.

I have used Ski-lifts for three trips to Sweden and Norway now and on every occasion it has been flawless - punctual and well communicated throughout. Recommended

I had a transfer with a group of 18 from Grenoble airport to Montchavin, but we were delayed by a French ATC strike. I was able to talk to Ski lifts staff who liaised with the local operator who waited for our flight, easing a potentially very stressful situation. I would certainly use them again.

Quick pickup with no waiting

Our transfers from Geneva to Les Arcs were provided by Taxi Baron booked via Ski Lifts. Despite the awful traffic in both directions the drivers took all manner of back routes to get us there on time. They were fantastic.

On the way out, flight was delayed so could not get the expected transfer. Great job in finding us a seat on another bus when we finally arrived but Driver had wrong hotel listed. Only spotted because I was tracking our progress on my phone and noticed we were heading the wrong way! Driver was very good and soon corrected the mistake.
