In general very good. We had 1 x hiccup where the driver was 30 minutes late to pick us from the golf course but with a call to the emergency number it was sorted. One of our other pick ups got us to the golf course 2 x hours before tee time as opposed the the standard 1 x hour. Very easy to book and communication was excellent - will definitely use again.
Drivers arrived promptly and were very warm and kind- helped with baggage . Communication was wonderful and we were all very comfortable - will definitely use again!

Have always used Ski-Lifts for our Alps trips over the years. I believe they are now acting as an agent for other operators in the Alps now rather than operating their own vehicles which can be a little frustrating at times, but generally speaking we have always been happy with them. When booking shared transport rather than private, be mindful that you could be one of three or four flights they are waiting to collect from the airport and there is no gurantee whether you are the first or last flight, so you could be hanging around for a while without any..or very little information on the actual time of your transfer.
