On time, friendly, efficient and great value
Our flight into Geneva was delayed but Ski Lifts had already seen this and had rearranged our transfer to accommodate us. Our return pick up was punctual and got us to Geneva airport approx 2.5 hours before our flight time
The actual drivers, vans and booking are great BUT be aware that if your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours and even if you give them what I would consider fair warning you will be still charged for the run missed due to delay out of your control, even if you rebook with them for the missed transfer. This was a shock to me when I called to let them know about the delay and cost us 200 euros. I do understand the drivers are pre booked but you also provide your flight details and they can track the flight. In our case it was clear from about 8 hrs prior that our flight would be delayed, it was a bitter pill to swallow on top of a 6 hr delay with three kids in tow. I thought that booking a private transfer and paying extra would give you more flexibility and was really disappointed by the service in that respect. I will say they did a very good job of getting a new transfer set up and the actual transfers were great. Just make sure you read the T and C’s in detail

Quick, easy, accessible, and low prices as well!!! Besides that what was REALLY outstanding… other small companies like this (alpybus, skidygonazalez etc.) tend to not drive if they can’t fill the car with at least 5 people, and I’ve even experienced them canceling right before the planned transfer… last night it was only me and another guy in the van! That’s just to state that even though they can’t fill up the van, they won’t leave you hangin in the airport with no other choice than to pay extremely overprice for a private taxi, and that I respect!
