I had great experience with SimplyBook. However, there are some features that we need that kind of limited us so we decided to upgrade to Premium from Standard subscription, which costs higher for us.

Having help from the team virtually, Alex has been wonderful! I have contacted the teams at least a dozen times and it's only been 3 weeks, each time I have been able to speak with someone who has provided a solution.

SimplyBook.Me has profoundly upgraded my online booking experience with my clientele. Before SBM, I was finding that there was more to the back-end setup that I wanted to have customization access to that wasn't available. Now, I have access to each step of the process easily customizable with my business logos, colors, etc. If SBM doesn't have it, they have high-speed customer service to help and are always open to edit suggestions to upgrade their platform.

Many Features & 24hr chat Support! Honestly I am a night owl and the biggest thing for me is the availability of support and features. Simplybook.me is competitive & I tried to resist signing up because I was a start up and didnt have much $ to spend, but after reviewing competitors and realizing this software had the most of what I needed, I had to suck it up and invest in my business (duh!). Easy to use and quick to setup.

Extremely user friendly online booking platform. Incredibly helpful support team. HIGHLY recommend! This system is very customizable and helped us increase our customer volume. Simple and straightforward to implement. Nice options for design to fit with your branding.

So I clicked on the link to cancel a blood test. It reads: 'In Calendar (left-side menu) or in in Reports -> Booking details. Click on the booking to open the details or use View option if in Reports and then press Cancel booking button.' There is no 'calendar' button There are no 'Reports' buttons There is no 'Booking Details' button. Is it any wonder patients don't cancel - because they can't. What is this costing the NHS. SimplyBook.me is very far from simple.

Simplybook.me is an efficient tool. It has an easy setup. The payment integration is particularly easy. The dashboard is good. I have just started using it and I like it so far. The downsides are pricing related to no. of custom features. The free version is practically unusable, you have to activate it manually every month for it to not get blocked.
